Ann Coulter cleared of voting fraud
WorldNetDaily ^ | 12/7/07

Posted on 12/07/2007 7:38:19 PM PST by LdSentinal

Best-selling author and WND columnist Ann Coulter has been cleared of violating election laws by the Florida Elections Commission following an investigation of a complaint she registered at an address other than hers and voted in the wrong precinct in a February 2006 Palm Beach election.

As WND previously reported, Palm Beach County Elections Supervisor Arthur Anderson, a Democrat, referred the matter in November 2006 to State Attorney Barry Krischer, the same Democrat who also handled the probes of radio giant Rush Limbaugh for alleged "doctor shopping" and for carrying Viagra.

Authorities in Palm Beach County – including the Palm Beach police, the Palm Beach County sheriff and county election officials – decided against any charges for Coulter in April 2007.

But the case refused to die when West Palm Beach political consultant Richard Giorgio filed a complaint with the FEC in July 2007.

"I actually saw her vote at St. Edward's (Church), and she looked in a hurry," Giorgio, whose candidates are predominantly Democrats, told the Palm Beach Post.

The church is supposed to be for voters who dwell on the north side of the island town, while Coulter lives on the south side.

"I didn't realize that she had tried to vote somewhere else and was turned back," Giorgio said. "This was willful. Anyone else would have been prosecuted."

Giorgio accused Coulter of false swearing and fraud in his complaint.

Following its investigation, the FEC ruled Coulter did not willfully break election laws, the Post reported today.

Anyone else would have been prosecuted.

So, how many illegal Mexican aliens and others have been prosecuted in Palm Beach county or the state of Florida for that matter, in the last 25 years for voting illegally in elections?

I will bet the number is probably less than zero.

Last month, following several incidents, including a hand-delivered obscene greeting card placed in her home mailbox, Coulter's identifying information was removed from Palm Beach County voter and appraiser records under a state law that exempts harassment or stalking victims from public records law.

Ann obviously had a good reason for wanting to keep her address as private as she could.

Hillary Clinton has orchestrated the greatest campaign finance fraud ever, and the FEC has done nothing to her.

I may not be a law enforcement official, but everyone knows that if a voter ever votes in a hurry..then voter fraud is afoot..what damning testimonial..

Finally, a case of voting fraud which the democrat party would actually like to pursue criminally.

I don’t recall them responding to the Rand report that in 2004 somewhere like 69,000 people were registered and voted in Florida as well as in NY/NJ/PA. We saw a lot of that in Nevada with Californians coming over the border and voting here after they had voted absentee in CA (Since CA was already in the bag for the commies, they wanted to push our battleground state into the blue). Ohio, New Mexico and Colorado apparently saw a lot of the same thing with the flocks of 527s paying to bring people from dark blue states over to work in the swing states which went for Bush in 2000. They showed up and managed to create hundreds of thousands of new ‘registered voters’ who voted and then disappeared. In Missouri, ACORN submitted 34,000 voter registration cards which were virtually all fraudulent and God knows how many of those people voted and fraudulently elected Claire McCaskill over Jim Talent.

you realize that is a democrat talking point don’t you?

they don’t have attractive women on their side so they presume that the ones on our side are dudes just like the ones they have.

(Women have trachias. Its normal. Skinny women have visible trachias. The reason you’ve never seen Hillarys’ trachia is because he is carrying a few extra pounds.)

Not Guilty!

Obviously (snicker), but if you didn't have the picture, the facts still exonerate her.

Ann has the right to withhold her address of record from the leftist terrorists that constantly stalk and threaten her.

These criminals have become adept at fabricating incidents and conspiring in groups to plant "witnesses" to setup confrontations. With these "witnesses" the leftie thugs attempt to use criminal and tort law to destroy those that stand up to them.

Ann is a major target, so she should never be in public alone, and she should never let the leftie thugs know WHERE or when she will be alone.

The Florida fiasco in 2000 was also clearly Democrat voter fraud that did count on the number of Bush votes. It was well documented here on FR and to this day, the RATs get by with claiming that Bush stole the election when in fact it was the RATS trying to steal the election but did not succeed.

Where there are Democrats, there is voter fraud.

The hypocracy and vileness of this political party and its sycophants and fellow travelers knows no bounds.

Just as Reagan set out as his goal the destruction of the Evil Empire, Republicans should stop collaborating with these people and set out to destroy the Democrat Party,
