“Why give them anything?”

Because George Bush is absolutely committed to spending your money and mine to support TROP...and his Wahabbi buddies in Saudi want it that way.

Disgusting but not surprising. George Bush is searching for a legacy -- one which will initially be at Israel's expense, but ultimately damage all of us. His prior strong stance against terrorism in any guise has been completely overturned. Remember his "for us or against us" motto? Does he really believe the so-called Palestinians are for us?

The kind boggles, the stomach turns.

There is karma that comes from giving 1/2 a billion dollars to terrorists, murderers, and slavers.

But then America's protected, shielded, leaders really don't give a damn, do they?

We could train just as many terrorists in this country for a fifth of that. We could then sink the whole lot en route for free...

We have idiots running the federal government.

That includes the majority of elected officials and the shadow government in the bureaucracies - especially the State Dept.
There is little discernible difference between democrat and republican administrations on many of the most important issues.

Aiding and arming PALEOSTINIAN terrorists is one of them.

Our government knows what’s best for us.

How do we expect the conflicts in the middle east to continue if all the Pallies have is rocks to throw?? They need weapons. This 500 million should help secure a purchase of weapons from China and Russia.

It’s only tax money. When the next president comes in, he/she will just raise our taxes to fund more of these wonderful programs.

Now lets get back to work. Don’t forget Iran has been approved for a 900 Million dollar loan through the world bank. WE US TAXPAYERS are responsible for these dollars as well.

The answer must be the Carter doctrine, and the doofuses in the state department.

They are being lavishly rewarded for being a giant pain in the butt. You can bet that they’ll become even more of a pain after cashing this check so that the US will give them even more of my money. I don’t know why more countries aren’t trying to get rich on US dollars with this strategy.

Re: Israel policy

Could it be that Americans are seeing that a certain brand of Republicans really aren't the answer? You're accusing Mr. Bush and Sec. Rice of funding terrorism. Had you said this even three years ago, you would have been cast into the fire along with Michael Moore fanatics, i.e., anathema--by good old Republicans and conservatives!

The Palestinians don't have a country however the terroristic zealots who do just go to the U.N. in the name of peace and collect their dough from the hard working promoters of humanity.

... the United States provides very little to the Palestinians, whose economy and government are dependent on foreign donations.

WTF? A non-profit country? If it can't stand on it's own, is it really a country?

***I don’t know why more countries aren’t trying to get rich on US dollars with this strategy.***

More countries are. The largest democratic country, China, wait they’re communist, gets 4 billion from the US each year under an Import-Export Bank(US funded) Loan at little to ZERO interest. The hope is China turns around and buys US goods with these dollars.

All you have to do is be a threat to the US and the money pipeline starts flowing.

I want my share back of that $500,000. PA leaders just keep the bloodbath going, continue the suffering amongst their people, and enrich themselves.

I pray that God exacts a singularly horrific judgment on these corrupt PA leaders- past, present, and future.
