At least the $912 a YEAR gets you health insurance. I (me, only) pay well over $1,200 PER MONTH for premium, co-pays and drugs.
If I could convince myself that waking up every morning knowing Ted Kennedy and John Kerry are my senators isn't a bad thing, I'd move to MA. That will never happen though!

$76 a month isn't going to buy any half-way decent health coverage even for one young person in any area of the country, much less in high-priced MA. My 28 year old self-employed nephew pays over $800 per month for medical insurance for his wife, child, and himself, and that's for a limited coverage policy with a high deductible.
The $912 fine by the state may get you off the hook for not buying insurance, but it can't be an answer to anyone's health insurance needs.
