The man who knew too much?

On a Monday night in July 1993, a 48-year-old lawyer called Vince Foster was found dead in a park near Washington DC.

He had died from a gunshot wound to the mouth and his father's .38-calibre revolver, dating from 1913, was at his side.

It was the same method of suicide used by a Marine officer in the film A Few Good Men - which Foster was known recently to have watched.

In the movie, the officer had killed himself because he was distraught about testifying against his commanding officer.

In real life, Vince Foster was distraught at the prospect of being grilled about the shady affairs of Hillary Clinton.

It's really something for the Brits to have to be the ones to pick up on this. One interesting thing about the article is it allows readers to add their comments. We Freepres should exercise our opportunity.

No matter what the reason, the fact that a top confidante of the Clintons hada breakdown, walked out of the WH and shot himself was a sign of a seriously disfunctional group. But the media and republicans treat all the most outrageous Clinton incidents as an embarrassment, not to be mentioned.

If the Pubbies have any Cajones left at all this is the kind of stuff that can insure a 2008 sweep. I just don’t think that they have ‘em. IMHO

Liar, liar, pantsuit on fire!
Oh that lying sociopath, Hillary...
An official report issued seven years later concluded that her statements had been “factually false.”
However, Hill’s words from 7 years earlier are quite clear: She...insisted that the (travelgate) firings were not her fault. Others had misconstrued an “off-hand comment”: she had meant only to suggest that the staff should “look into” questions about mismanagement. Hillary also insisted she didn’t know the “origin of the decision” to remove the employees, and that she “did not direct that any action be taken.”

The article supports the premise that Vince Foster committed suicide. That argument is made on psychology. The physical evidence indicates that if Foster did commit suicide, it was not at Fort Marcy Park or with his thumb in the trigger as the photo shown once on ABC indicate.

A republican candidate with any cajones would bring up these issues. Even money on whether Hilary would stutter or just go silent.

In real life, Foster was murdered.

This is really unbelievable - not the article, but that it got published! Also, there’s a Times UK article linked from Drudge today that goes back over the Lewinsky scandal. What’s in the water in London?

snip, from article: At the funeral for Hillary’s father, who died during the Clintons’ first term at the White House, it was on Foster’s shoulder that the First Lady rested her slightly over-large head.

Inevitably, this intimate gesture added fuel to rumours that they were - or at least had been - romantically involved. After all, Bill Clinton had been seeking his pleasures elsewhere - so why not Hillary?

My supposition is that Foster was very afraid of a grand jury asking questions for which he knew the answers. One topic area would be the relationship between him and Hillary and he knew he couldn't lie about it. In other words, could he truthfully say, "Ah did not have sex with that woman, Ms. Hillary Rodham Clinton"?

Another area would be the tangled Rose Hill Law firm practice of Hillary and himself -- Morgan bank dealings, Whitewater, IRS income filings, etc., etc. Then there are the White House matters such as the Travel Office firings -- apparently illegal and Hillary directly implicated. If Foster had lived, all of these issues would have been on the table for investigative questioning and he would have been the one to cause her, and her husband's, downfall. He couldn't live to see that day.

This case has always been the most provocative because Foster knew all, and his untimely death -- caused by his own suicide or by murder -- can be directly tied to the continuum of Hillary's power. Foster's death can or, in fact, will now very well lead to her ascension to the highest elected position in the world. I hope further information finally becomes available on this case. Maybe Mrs. Foster or others will finally talk about it...

“A republican candidate with any cajones would bring up these issues. Even money on whether Hilary would stutter or just go silent”

for a candidate to bring this to the fore it might well back-fire.

it needs to be made an issue by others - media, pundits, internet, etc.
