The anti-pats whining is so freaking pathetic. Get a damned life.

Which is worse - whining about a team that was caught cheating yet claims to have a "perfect season" or somebody whining about somebody making this point? I find your whine pathetic and pointless - you might want to take you own advice about getting a life.

They didn’t run up the score,

Right. And it is not a big deal when a team gets caught doing team-wide coaching-leveling cheating...whatever. Joe Gibbs has class - in the early 80's when the Redskins where kicking butts big time - more than once, Gibbs did a kneel-down or a punt to avoid running up the score on a defeated team. Class versus the classless. See, Gibbs understands reality: what goes up, always goes down. The New England Cheaters will be back at the bottom of the heap real soon (most likely next year when all the arrogant players set out to make their fortunes). Teams will take great pleasure in kicking Pat butt. The lesson: class versus classless....what goes around comes around.

Take nothing away from the playing of New England. Currently they are one of the best teams I have ever seen*

*but there did get caught cheating

I’m glad the Pats had the early game today. Now I can sit back and enjoy the NFC game.

You don’t beat the Pats by kicking FG’s.

Yep, totally agree. The whole thing is ridiculous. They got “caught” videotaping from the wrong area. If the guy was in the press box it would not have been a violation of the rules, like it or not that is the rule.
The guy was standing on the sideline in PLAIN SIGHT of everyone, not sneaking around trying to hide what they were doing.Goodel totally over reacted, the fact he dropped the whole thing after all the tapes in tells you all you need to know. People act like they broke into the other teams locker room and stole the play book.

If I watched that I’d shoot my TV. I can afford the bullets but not a new TV.

Sam Adams brewing may well say that about brown bottles, but Grolsch has green bottles too, and Beck’s, maybe they just have a long tradition of making beer back in the old world.

Still, Molson in a brown bottle is their cheaper beer, green bottles have their premium beer.

I remember the Molson, I once had to cart home a case on a bike after the box broke, that was not exactly easy.

And as for the cheating: they got caught, they got punished, it’s OVER.

They should have forfeited the game in which they cheated...but the NFL likes entertainment more than rules.

The biggest question is why did New England think they had to cheat to beat the Jets.

This is the NFL, it’s a MANLY sport, this pathetic display of childish stone kicking doesn’t even belong in lame fru-fru sports like synchronized swimming. Rent a life.

Somebody needs to remind you that you are watching football - you are not a player. Watching the TV does not make you MANLY. You have nothing to do with the sport - you are not playing the sport - you are not an athlete (in this context)...you are fan whining about people that don't drink your brand of NFL kool-aid

You might want to take you own advice about getting a life.

“The New England Cheaters will be back at the bottom of the heap real soon...”

As the old(great Boston based band) Aerosmith’s tune goes... “Dream on...”

The most pathetic thing about the cheaters whining is the fact that it has absolutely no bearing on any game they’ve played this year. 19-0 baby... Get used to it - and take the *’s and stick ‘em where the sun don’t shine.

Go Green Bay!!! I want to see the Cheese heads get the big thumping at the dance!!

Dog says the New England team is the New England Cheaters

I didn't say that - the NFL did

Cheaters and currently the best team in the NFL are not mutually exclusive. Too bad for New England fans - maybe next year they can try for a perfect season without cheating.

I’m not whining, I’m pointing out that the whole crowd of you pathetic losers need to get a freaking life and STFU. The got caught breaking the stupidest rule in the league, a rule the competition committee almost invalidated last off season by finally allowing radios for the defense, waaaaaaaaaaaaay back in the 1st quarter of the 1st game. Since then they’ve won almost every quarter, won every game. Those are the simple facts any smart person who isn’t obsessed with whining can understand.

I’m with Mike Ditka, in a professional game, where people are being PAID to perform and entertain there is NO SUCH THING as running up the score. There’s 11 guys out there getting paid an average of $2 million a year (that’s $125 thousand a game) to stop the other team from scoring, they need to earn their paycheck and stop the other team from scoring. If they can’t stop them, if they can’t stop them over and over until it becomes a blowout, that’s not the other teams fault, that’s the fault of the 11 guys that didn’t earn their 125 grand that week.

And as for kneeling down, the last Pats score against the Redskins was midway through the 4th quarter, both teams had 2 more possessions after that (which included the Skins only score of the game... hmm why is it nobody ever complains about the team that got their ass kicked getting garbage time points? why is it only bad for the winning team to score in garbage time). Gibbs NEVER had his team kneel with over 6 minutes left in the game. The Pats did kneel, on their final possession, after the 2 minute warning which is when you kneel.

Sorry but that’s a lie. You are trying to take away from the playing of the team. That’s the whole point of the incessant whining about cheating and running up the score to take away from the play, to belittle the achievement, saying you’re not is BS. Talk about classless, hard to get more classless that being a liar on top of a whiner.

As of right now -1 degree Fahrenheit at Green Bay’s Lambeau Field, wind chill -23 degrees Fahrenheit....that is not that cold....see the “ICE BOWL”:

The coldest postseason game in Lambeau history occurred 40 years ago, in the Packers’ 21-17 legendary “Ice Bowl” victory over the Cowboys in the NFL Championship Game. The temperature at kickoff was minus-13 degrees, with a wind chill of minus-46.
