According to survey, a large portion Huck voters will vote McCain over Romney--and a majority of Rudy voters are going to Romney despite Rudy's endorsement.

Really? Got a cite?

So...

McCain - Senate Armed Services Committee Chairman

Hunter does NOT back McCain.....interesting.

He smirked all night...it was painful to watch him. Mitt was great and won hands down. Only you’d never know from the Drive-Bys.

Hunter should have been the leader in this GOP race. He had it all, he is like so many of the great wartime and postwar presidents, Lincoln, Washington, Eisenhower, Grant...

Hunter just refused to give the Wall Street whores what they wanted.... and have had for too long....free reign on trade with the CHICOMS(short for communists) ergo.. no bucks from wall street no winnie the race

Got a cite?

I wish I could remember which post-Florida analyst reported that--it was probably a MSM one. But at least it is believable that some of Huck's support is anti-Morman, and some is politically pro nanny state and would be closer to McCain politically. I don't have a good sense of who the Rudy supporters were--perhaps ones looking for an alternative to Juan McQueeg. I don't know. But I think it is reasonable to suppose that Huck staying in hurts McCain more than it hurts Romney.

I know this is not a popular view around here, but I believe that Romney is as bad as McCain.

Why?

I realize I’m biased, as I have been a Mitt supporter since the beginning, but I really don’t understand the animosity toward him. I mean I certainly expect it from some voters, that is just natural, especially when you have your own candidate you passionately support.

However, it seems that those in the media and others do little to hid their animosity toward Governor Romney. I read somewhere (or maybe I heard it on the radio) that some in the Republican heiarchy don’t like Romney because he hasn’t paid his dues, etc. ... but honestly, I’d rather have someone with real executive experience than someone who’s been in Washington for years, and hasn’t changed much of anything (with the exception of whittling down First Amendment rights, etc.)

That does sound believable if one is assumes the MSM mantra that fundamentalists are bigots. Unless there is a poll, not that that makes it legit, conventional wisdom says the opposite.
