Wow!!!

Another Huckabee coup! McCain’s decision not to show up at the WV caucus just might have been one of the biggest mistakes he ever made. This is going to get reported all day and is going to swing votes to Huckabee in the states where he’s been strong, but where his supporters have been getting discouraged by all this “two-man-race” talk in the media.

Gotta go listen to Rush whine for a bit.

That’s the way it works in WV. You can’t blame McCain.

Excellent!

Slick Mitt the Faux Conservative.

Faux (pronounced /ˈfoʊ/, like "foe") is a French word for false or fake. It is often used in English phrases such as faux pearls and faux fur.

When manufacturing faux objects or materials, an attempt is often made to create products which will resemble the imitated items as closely as possible.

Not really unbelievable. Just good old fashion strong arm politics that is the norm in WV. What we on FR often overlook is that McCain, when he seemingly dropped from the political radar, was busy working small groups in SC and NH and was twisting the arms of state GOP party officers. He got where he is in this race by doing the small things that work in the key early primary states.
I do not want McCain to be the nominee, but you have to give him his due in that he is tough and seasoned on the campaign trail.

Round 1 Round 2

MCCain 176 12

Huckabee 375 567

Paul 118 0

Romney 464 521

So more about 1/2 of Paul went to Romney and 1/2 to Huckabee, the McAmesty votes went to Huckabee. Huck the whore for McCain will still not get to be VP, that offer will go to Crist who delivered Fl to McAmnesty. Pretty shameful stuff.

Where can I hide the next 4 years?

After I caucus for Romney here in Minnesota tonight, I think I'll come home and hide under the bed for next 4 1/2 years.

Furballs are my future.

Unless Romney is able to hold his own today in other states we’ll be stuck with a mccain/Huckabee ticket. The democrats have to be loving this...

“You can also blame yet another ridiculously stupid way of voting.”

This is how a convention works. This is how the national convention will work.

Romney needs to go nuclear and run as an Independent. It’s that simple. Screw McCain, screw Huckabee, screw the GOP. Turn this thing upside down.

McCain did have voters in WV. McCain just came in third and hence no one got 50 percent. I guess in WV you gotta get a majority.

McCain and Huckabee are dirty creeps. It’s obvious that the state of WV wants the delegates to go to Romney and their little antics just assured the voters that their preference doesn’t matter.

It’s just plain sick!
