It should be pointed out that McCain is ahead in the race for having won typically democrat States like New York, Delaware, California, Illinois, Connecticut and New Jersey. The delegates he picked up in those blue States, plus the 18 delegates he got in Massachusetts, represent about 57% of McCain’s delegate count to date. I do not think McCain would win any of those States in November.

The only support that the Hucksters will get from the conservatives will be by default, because most conservatives think that abortion is bad law.

He is the perfect face of the GOP now:

A sickly, tired old man.

McCain - the new-old face of the GOP.

McCain marks the return to the old GOP - good only for apologizing for the right wing of their own party, pouring democrats' drinks and genuflecting to Uncle Teddy while he holds court.

Oh, and lets not forget permanent minority status.

I am afraid he will pick someone like Lieberman for his running mate to try and reach out to those areas.

Not pushing for amnesty anymore and putting security of borders as highest priority.

Even Ronald Reagan screwed this issue up so mistakes happen.

I can tell you one thing, McCain won’t be handing the keys to Nuclear Facilities to Chicoms and other, like Clintons already did last time they had power.

At some point, for sake of security, Nation has to address how to handle the problem of having 12 million+ illegals in the country. I am sure many people would like to round them up and simply expel them. However, I don’t see masses calling for it.......yet.

As of now, if I had a choice of keeping few farmworkers out of the Country or Clintons out of the White House, I am sorry, but I prefer the later.

Yikes! I hope not. Hopefully he would pick someone much younger and more conservative than himself, if by chance he wins the general. But given the current condition of the electoral map, I think his chances of winning the general is about 1 in 4.

Romney has sought to cast the race as being about who is more conservative, amplifying the mantra started by angry talk-show hosts protesting that McCain was not one of them.

CBS, I supported Barry Goldwater in 1964. At that time you were a somewhat hidden shill for the democrat party. Today you are an open shill for the democrat party. CBS you have no idea what a conservative is. You use the word conservative with contempt. I have been a conservative since 1964, and McCain is NOT a conservative nor will he EVER reconcile his betrayals with me. EVER. Put that on your stinking channel. One other thing, I know that this is exactly what you want.
