FEBRUARY 14--Ratcheting up the crazy, the Minnesota man who last month posted a YouTube video in which he claimed to have engaged in a sex-and-drugs party with Senator Barack Obama has filed a federal lawsuit against the presidential candidate and the Democratic party, charging that he is being subjected to a vicious slander campaign. Larry Sinclair contends that he has been unfairly targeted after surfacing last month with claims (entirely unsubstantiated, of course) that he "personally engaged in sexual activity and personally used illegal drugs in November 1999" with Obama, then an Illinois state representative. In his video, Sinclair claims that he met Obama at an "upscale lounge in Chicago," where they knocked back some drinks before continuing the party in Sinclair's limo (where the sex and drugs part of the story supposedly transpired). In his U.S. District Court complaint, a copy of which you'll find below, Sinclair seeks a court order directing the Democratic National Committee to cease making "smear and slanderous claims" about him. Sinclair, who is serving as his own lawyer, charges in the February 11 lawsuit that his civil rights have been violated by the politician and his party. Sinclair did not return a message left on his answering machine. (3 pages)

Nothing about Urkel Obama would surprise me. Engaging in deviant sexual behavior is viewed as a badge of honor and accomplishment by many in the demorat party.

I suspect that even if this is true, it will never make the MSM. If the Huma story didn’t, this sure won’t.
He has no past, except for the carefully sanitized version he spoon feeds the public in his multiple memoirs. He shouldn't be surprised that allegations against a...person...without a past can STICK so easily.

You’ve got a point there ... also perjury insofar as he has verified his court complaint.
Still, if he’s just off his rocker, the threat of these things won’t deter him much.
Problem is, with Viagra, Cialis, and Levitra, this is not a consistent measurement. Even before those drugs, it was not consistent. If you don’t believe it, read John Holmes Wikipedia entry, or talk to any urologist. This will not stand up in court any better than O.J. Simpson’s glove.
I read the complaint. Good for entertainment value only. The guy is one of a proud order of crackpot plaintiffs that waste the time of the courts of this country. He’s alleging First Amendment and other civil rights violations against non-state actors. Plus the guy’s clearly a nutjob.
This is just an allegation about sex and drugs, nothing here, move on folks.
I said on another thread that the guy sounds credible. I take it back. If he’s going to act as his own lawyer against the entire DNC, that’s crackpotville.
Larry states Obama used drugs during the "interludes" in 1999 and that he is concerned with Obama admitting drugs only during his teen years. 1999 - Obama was an Illinois rep nd not a teenager.
