The last time I saw that image on MyFox they tried to explain that away by saying the premises were privately owned and manned by volunteers, but Little Green Footballs is on it; provided this link:

One thing that makes is strange is that it is disjointed - looks like three pics pasted together. If it was a single pic I personally think it would just look like a he was Christ preaching to the beautiful people.
