But most extremist leaders revel in the notion that they have throngs of living people ready to make the ultimate sacrafice on their order.
Of course, as has happened in all campaigns of this type through history, they are now running out of the willing, just as the Japanese did in the Pacific campaigns of WW2.
Nonetheless, I know that this thought occupies a lot of anti-terror planning, including those guys on the White House roof with Stingers.

Unmanned aerial vehicle (UAV) of Lebanese extremist organization Hezbollah intruded into Israeli airspace on November 7, 2004 approximately at 10:30 am local time. It flew at a low altitude over a town of Nahariya, turned to the Mediterranean Sea, turned again to the north and fell down at sea near the Lebanese shore (see Figure 1). According to information published in press, the UAV spent nearly half an hour over territory of Israel. http://www.armscontrol.ru/UAV/mirsad1.htm

They’ve used dogs and people with mental problems to carry their bombs into the public square.
It’ll always be less complicated than sending a remote control device into public that must maintain contact with the controller. That control signal can be detected.
If only the remote detonation is detected, it’s too late to act.
And in too many domestic attacks, there is a quick coverup and the mass murder (or attempted murder) is brushed off as the work of yet another Islamic “lone nut”.

And with Carmeron's emotionless expression and affectless voice she can seem really scary if you don't know that she's a killer robot
