Limbaugh Intentionally Throwing November Election to Hillary? (Real Reason He Wants Her to Stay in?)
Federal Review ^ | 03/03/08

Posted on 03/03/2008 5:10:55 PM PST by Behind Liberal Lines

There seems to be an inherent inconsistency in how radio host Rush Limbaugh is analyzing Hillary Clinton's chances for election.

On his radio show, he is urging his listeners to vote for her in tomorrow's primaries.

Limbaugh claims to be doing this because he thinks that the longer Clinton stays in the race, the more she'll damage Obama and the party, thereby increasing the chances of a Republican victory in November.

This, however, is contradicted by his statements about how resilient a candidate Mrs. Clinton would be. For example, today he stated that "these Clintons are like cockroaches. They'll be the last thing left after a nuclear blast."

If, as Limbaugh states, Hillary Clinton is such a tough candidate, it makes no sense for him to want her in the race if he truly hopes for a GOP win in November.

All of this leads to the conclusiong that, in fact, Limbaugh wants Hillary to be our next President.

As recently as last month, Limbaugh stated that, if John McCain were the Republican nominee, he would rather see the Democrats win the White House.

If that's the case, perhaps Limbaugh sees Hillary Clinton as a better (and more profitable target) for his program's commentary in the coming years. He already has years of experience mocking the Clintons. Furthermore, attacks on Hillary don't come with the risk of being called a racist, even if wrongly.

Finally, there may be simple profit motive. In the past it has been suggested that a President of one party, increases the circulation of magazines on the other side. Limbaugh, of course, publishes a monthly "Limbaugh Letter" magazine. And, of course, he is widely considered to have enjoyed his greatest popularity during the previous Clinton administration.

If this is true, perhaps Republicans in Texas and Ohio might want to reconsider taking voting advice from Rush in tomorrow's primaries.

I am not so sure according to scott Rassmussen the witch is rising from the dead. It seems the more the voters see of Obama the less they like. I would rather we buried her once and for all and went with Obama man.

Anyone who thinks Rush is worried about being called a racist is naive.

Who said that?

There’s a very real possibility that our next president will be a democrat, and if that’s the case then I much prefer her shrilliness to Obama.

I despise her and everything she and her womanizing husband stand for. I won't ever vote for her. What Rush is advocating might backfire. She might actually beome the president, and her husband will be roaming the White House hitting on interns. The thought of it all is too annoying...

AND the Dems will spend lotsa money fighting each other instead of the (gulp) Republicans.

Rush is so right, he’s two or three steps ahead of those who doubt him!

Rush's success is not determined by who wins elections. How many times does he have to repeat that?

Yes or no: were his ratings higher under Clinton?

Rush has more money than he could spend in several lifetimes (assuming he stays single). He isn’t saying these things to keep his job. If you listen to Rush, you know exactly why he is saying these things.

This is what I said:
“If we are to think that McCain is toast no matter what, then I would vote for Huckabee just to try to get a brokered convention for our side. But right now, McCain is the nominee and sure hope he wins in November over Obama or Hillary. The thought of either one in the White House is just too hard to take! I much rather have four years of McCain even though I will hold my nose to vote for him.”

I sure do NOT want Obama anywhere near the White House! Hillary either for that matter!

I will post here something that I have always believed. And it is that, had 9/11 occurred during the Presidency of a damned Clinton, they would have never told us it was Al Qaida. They would have blamed the whole thing on “right wing extremists”. And then all of us would be in jail, or worse.

Think about this, FReepers! Think about it like you were in the basement of that place in Waco when Clinton’s jack-booted thugs were burning it up. Think about it like you were a passenger on TWA 800. Think about it like the targets of John Doe #2. Think about it like you were on a trade mission flying with Ron Brown. Think about it like you are Elian Gonzales. Think about it like Richard Jewel is your son.

For cryin’ out loud FReepers! Another Clinton in the White House is a threat to you and your family. So, do not listen to Rush Limbaugh on this. Not another Clinton, ever!

I thank our Lord for Barak Obama, who, by the way, is my brother in Christ. I won’t vote for him in November, but I will always be grateful to him for stopping the Clintons. Which is far more than you can say for anyone named Bush.

Obama is such a huge socialist liberal that he makes Hillary look like Barry Goldwater in a dress. I’ll take my chances with Hillary vs McCain anyday. Obama would mop the floor with McCain.

I don't care what Rush's real intention is. All I know is that Obama's more dangerous than Hillary.

Yes, I'm one of those that really hate Hillary and Bill. But after listening to Obama's policy and watching his maner, this man is far more lefty than Hillary.

My feeling towards Hill and Bill are personal. The thought that they will be back in the White House really upsets me. But I view Obama as the real Manchurian candidate. We can't have the man in the white house.

Obama would decimate our military and place whatever remained under UN rule. Hillary would do a lot of things, but I think even she wouldn’t go that far. In fact I think she would love to have an aircraft carrier named the USS Clinton.

when the business cycle finally gets around to a real serious downturn, better it be when the ‘Rats are running the show.

Yep, and due to droolingly stupid liberals, we could all look forward to their sweeping New Deal programs.
