Register for PA Primary
PA Govt Website ^ | March 5 | Me

Posted on 03/05/2008 11:04:21 AM PST by PghBaldy

PA is a closed primary. Dems vote for Dem, and Repubs vote for Repub. Last day to register is March 24. If you agree that Hillary staying in is a good thing (and Dem infighting helpful), then you may wish to register to vote Dem for primary. I am Dem for precisely this reason. First time it can mean something.

I also know that the Clintons triangulate enough that they really don’t do too much damage. I can only imagine what Obama would do as President...

Bingo!!!!

I've been burning since the start of the GOP Primaries which had more cross over voting and even media was truthful, sometimes even with a sense of glee, that conservatives could not outmuster the dims/indies/RINOs to get a "real" conservative.

I don't think there was one in the GOP race, save Duncan Hunter, but the poor guy couldn't get arreseted by the media!

Duncan Hunter was the only one who excited me.

I am changing to Dem to vote in the PA primary, but not to vote for HRC, but to vote for Obama...he is the weaker general election candidate.

Keep telling yourself and eventually you will believe it. I guess we will cancel each other out sadly. Hopefully you will come to your senses.

are you serious? he is not evil in the way the Clintons are evil... remember the IRS audits? think about the Patriot Act and how she will absolutely abuse it... the same way she abused the IRS powers... he won't win... she may...

I’ll be voting for the conservative (Ron Paul) so I’m staying Republican, even if Sen. McCain has the delegate count.

PA is a one-party state, so you have to register Dem anyway.

Wow. 47% Democrat (3,622,410 out of 7,634,577 registrations) and you call it one-party?

Nice to let those millions of others know they don't count, in your mind.

Of course, it is true that President Bush and the Iraq invasion have driven away many voters in recent years, but it's still not "one-party" by any means.

I think Hillary would be easier to beat, but how do you feel about Hillary with Obama as VP?

I’m more concerned about how they’ll perform as President. I don’t think Jimmy Carter is evil, but he was a horrible President. Clinton is a shady character, but he wasn’t actually all that bad as President.

I agree completely! Hillary would be far easier to beat. Too many people are buying into the Obamama hype and Oprah's religious thumping of his name. Heck, you've even got people swooning at rallies (although some suspect they're planted)! If Obamama gets in and wins the general election in November? You watch him give Oprah Ambassador of Africa or something. After all, she's running the show with her beacoup $$$$$ backing him.

I'd rather have Hitlery in there. Someone said something about Wacco. She was First Lady at the time but had no power. You give the woman too much credit. Oh I believe there was much darkness with the Vince Foster incident, but as a First Lady you gave her waaaaay too much credit! I think McCain stands a better chance of winning against her versus Obamama, and the so called “Dream Team” ticket is the reason why:

#1 If Obamama wins the delegates and is the democratic nominiation, you'll see Hitlary easily accept an offer from him to get on his ticket. If that happens then you have the entire “historical” issue of both a black man and a woman on the ticket and that would win hands down. Why? Because there are too many morons out there wanting to be a part of history rather than using common sense.

but ...

#2 If you see Hitlary win the nomination, something tells me Obamama would have an extremely hard time accepting the VP nod “beneath” her. I just see him as too arrogant and “uppity” to serve under a “woman”.

The “dream team ticket” is why I am switching parties today to vote in the election April 22nd. I want to damage their party and their chances any way I possibly can.

the Clintons... they are evil... cheaters... liars... and will do ANYTHING to get to the White House... she is not the weaker candidate... give her a foothold... and she gets the White House... for some reason, nobody is remembering that about those evil-personified Clintons... i don't understand it...

I understand what you're saying, and I agree they're evil-personified.

This recent push by conservatives on behalf ofthe Clintons has probably resulted in her becoming president. Good job. Be careful what you wish for...

You're right.

The Clinton scandals? Yes, there are many, but most Americans have heard them before and have moved on from them, besides the media is not going to take up an Clinton scandal.

Exactly...if Hillary's the candidate, the media won't bring out her scandals.

People who vote for Hitlery the Beast in the primary, to stop Obama, will be horrified when she wins...and win she shall unless Obama defeats her. Obama is a Leftist, but Hitlery is pure evil. Look at the trail of death and corruption behind her, Ron Brown, Vince Foster, Whitewater, $100,000 cattle futures, Waco and the murder of all those innocent children.

If we end up with a democrat in the White House, I don't want Hillary there. She's a despicable person.

Yes, clinton and Obama are both liberals, but she and her husband will stop at nothing to destroy Republicans. Remember how many conservatives were audited by the IRS when Clinton was president?

Clinton ignored terrorist events around the world so that we eventually ended up with 9/11.

Was it painful registering to be a democrat?..:) If I do it, I'll vote for Obama, not the b*tch Hillary...How will we be able to watch her on tv for the next 8 years?
