I’d like to see them prove one single case. WHat a bunch of losers.

Anybody think they might investigate any Dems who crossed over?

It seems like the Dems are trying to stir every single hornets nest they can find this election...

I have a great idea. Dims vote for dims and repubs vote for repubs in the primaries. The gutless independents have no right to vote in party primaries if they aren't members. McQweeg is the independents/dims choice in the GOP. Personally, I'm sick of it.

Doesn’t make sense to me. How do you PROVE someone was disingenuous? The mere virtue of switching party is not enough burden of proof, and the government would open themselve to counter-suit. I know some conservatives who dislike McCain so much they think Hillary is genuinely the least of three evils.

I think they should spend whatever it takes pursuing this. Right down to their last dime. It’s THAT important.

The board wants to know if voters lied when they signed statements pledging allegiance to their new party. I wonder if the "pledge" required some minimal term of time for the duration of one's allegiance. If not, then I suppose one could end one's allegiance upon exiting the polling station.

Go ahead politicians, keep doing something so as to look like you are doing something, when in reality we know that when you look like you are doing something, you are in fact doing nothing. I encourage you to keep doing something, believing you are doing something so I may relax knowing you are doing nothing.

How do you PROVE someone was disingenuous?
they had a few smartalex’s who signed the affidavit with “I’m a democrat just for today”
To: North Coast Conservative
No I didn’t. Honest... I ran out of gas. I, I had a flat tire. I didn’t have enough money for cab fare. My tux didn’t come back from the cleaners. An old friend came in from out of town. Someone stole my car. There was an earthquake. A terrible flood. Locusts. IT WASN’T MY FAULT, I SWEAR TO GOD.

Great, so when do we start prosecuting politicians and judges for violating THEIR oaths of office, in particular their oaths to the US Constitution?
