That was my thinking. Mexico can't have it both ways. They want us to take there “excess” population when they slime their way across our border.

We are to educate them (This guy speaks and writes English. I'm sure he didn't learn it in Mexico!), feed them, make sure they have money (welfare, social security, etc.), while their home country takes no responsibility for them. HOWEVER, when these “unfortunates” rape and murder American children, Mexico then wants to interject themselves into the process? Oh, I think not!

Perhaps Mexico should hand each of these interloping dopes a brochure before they leave Mexican soil, explaining that the U.S. has a death penalty and, guess what, they're eligible!!!

If Mexico can sue on that basis, then the U.S. should be able to sue for all funds (county, state, and federal) expended on this breathing turd.

The U.S., on the behalf of the girls’ parents, should also be able to sue Mexico for damages incurred because they (Mexico) encouraged this scum to invade, and steal from, our country-—that's not even mentioning damages for “pain and suffering”, or funds to reimburse the jail where he is being held. Mexico could wind up with some hefty bills to pay!

Mexico is not the only country with “grounds”! We've got some pretty good ones.

Medellin, who was 18 at the time of the slayings, turned 33 earlier this month. He's now out of appeals and Wilson said her office will ask for an execution date once the Supreme Court resolves a separate case challenging lethal injections.

Delays, delays. Kill the bastard already.

Well it’s a lot more than 2. The President’s low approval ratings aren’t just because of Iraq.

Maybe Mexico has the videos of Bush’s Naked Table Dancing.
They’re just waiting for Larry Flynt to up the bid.

Bush siding here with Ginsburg, Breyer & Souter, also....

It's a whole lot more complicated than that. This complaint is a pushme-pullme situation, where President Bush was previously criticized for not doing enough.
