There is no “finding answers” because the point is

THERE IS NO FREAKING LAW OR REGULATION THAT AUTHORIZES SUCH A DEAL !

You can’t “find” a negative.

Why don’t YOU find the law that says this is legal.. OK ? Cite me the law and the section under which this is legal.
