Prayers needed for our FReeper FRiend redrock.

Mike was diagnosed with esophageal cancer about 5 weeks ago.
He has finished his first round of chemo, and just started the second.

Many of you have been praying for him behind the scenes.

"I appreciate all the 'incognito' prayers....I know they make a difference."

The first round was rough, the second looks to be rougher.
He and his wife would appreciate your prayer support.

Good news, Mike. Somehow, I never doubted you’d make it back to work. That quality of your character is self-evident. I’m glad that God has seen fit to answer our prayers and give you the opportunity.

Update from redrock....

I’m doing ok, but the recovery is still going on.

They found a new tumor in my lungs about 4 months ago...and have been waiting to see if any more show up before they do treatment. I guess that’s the usual way it goes...if one shows up then a whole bunch follow.

So far I only have the one so they are going to do 3 (so far) radiation treatments starting next Friday (April 3rd, I think). Ultra high intensity radiation. But anything is better than 28 days straight like last time.

I read FR all the time..but it’s usually when I wake up at 2 in the morning and I can’t sleep. I’m doing 10 hour days working and sleep is hard to come by.
