the media is back to the messiah's bandwagon methinks.
And remember being Dems they always get some court or courts involved.
So that is another side. While in office, the Clinton's PACKED courts around the country with judges beholden to them.
Of course when they put those judges on the courts they got to see their “back ground” checks.
Only SCOTUS is an uncertainty. Given their votes the last few years you could predict they will stay out of it, unless a lower court is too far out of line in a ruling.
So I believe the advantage will go to the Clinton's in the courts
