From Obama’s book Audacity of Hope: in his own words:

“I will stand with the Muslims should the political winds shift in an ugly direction.”

I think it will be the RINO, but I also think it will be without my vote.

I haven't fully made up my mind yet. I may be able to find something that will help me overcome the stench that I would smell as I pulled the lever for John McCain. I don't know though.

Luckily I have till November to make that decision.

I own an ink pen so 3rd party/write in.

Change, change, change seems to be a magic mantra these days, but I say there will be nothing changing in washington unless WE make changes out here and that starts with not voting for anyone who proves demonstrably unfit.

So no to Mcloon, Kosovo Rose or B.Hussein.O

But, in today's reality even four years of a communist POTUS with a liberal Congress as his rubber stamp could do more damage than we could repair.

Exactly! I'm voting for the troops and the Country.

Hell, you could vote six times...

Only as a democrat. We have rules about that kind of thing here in Michigan, after all.

Can I have them both? I'm REALLY looking for the destruction of America.

Maybe we can even work Hillary in there somewhere? That's the Hat Trick we'd need for complete, immediate collapse!

Welcome back, FRiend.

Turncoat RINO for me....

Less pure than thou is not turncoat.

You have failed to develop a candidate with national acceptability and now trash that which has been nominated in a fit of bitter defeat.

You speak of repairing that which is merely dented, not damaged.

Don’t come back with your phony self rightousness super conservative rant.

Be thankful, not vengeful .....You have an opportunity to defeat a Marxist.

The question answers itself. You cannot vote for an anti-American candidate like Obama for any reason or you become a supporter of anti-Americanism yourself.

I’m voting McCain.

The American people need to take a look at those Countries that have Marxist governments. Once they get into office their cancerous tentacles spread and their “fellow citizens” can never get out from under their rule.

The Marxist leaders will redistribute wealth to their OWN benefits while the rest of us work to glorify their political philosophies.

Stay home if you want, but don’t post your dismay over how a Marxist has changed America....but then again a Marxist Government would probably have FR shut down or monitored!

Other countries are not the USA.
We've had marxist governments before, think FDR, think Jimmah Cartah, OK Jimmah may be going a little far, but we have come back from those types of governments every time because the PEOPLE of the USA are fast learners.
We may not RETAIN what we learn, otherwise we would only have marxist type governments once every two generations, but we learn fast that marxist type governments are good for only two things.

We would not collapse under an Obomba Presidency, nor a Hitlery Presidency and those that keep fearmongering that we would have little faith in the USA.

This is NOT a Republican website. If you don’t like FReepers refusing to march in lockstep with the latest leftist RINO, go find some sycophantic GOP website on which to hang out.

Jim will continue to expose leftists in both parties, just as he should.

(Jim, you were missed. Welcome home!! And in answer to your question, I’m writing in FRed Thompson.)

Insofar as there will be an election for POTUS in November, and insofar as there will only be two names on that ballot who have any chance whatsoever of winning, and insofar as one of those two choices is much worse than the alternative, and insofar as I live in a state where my vote can make an infitesimal difference*, and insofar as I see no other useful option for that situation on that day with those candidates, I will vote for the RINO.

Said RINO would be well advised to consider that his win will/should be popularly viewed as “lesser of two evils” and not “mandate of the people”.
The ship has not yet sunk, but the mice are looking for a way out.
The air is still breathable, but the canary is convulsing.
The land is not quaking, but the animals are howling.

I will vote because the opportunity will be there.
I will choose the best option presented.
I will then prepare to live under the administration of a raving socialist, for that is who the winner - whoever s/he is - will be.

(* - unlike my prior state of NY, which is so overwhelmingly “blue” that voting for POTUS is irrelevant.)
