See #22- Nothing is set in stone as far as the delegates prior to the convention. If such a bombshell tape comes out now, Hillary would be able to get the nomination, and since she appears to be a stronger general election candidate than Obama, no damage is done to the Democrats. If it is released as late as possible prior to November the Democrats are stuck with a disastrous candidate and McCain wins easily.

Let's just say the tape is real. Which candidate's team got it. Mitt had the money but Huckabee seemed more ruthless. If it is Huckabee's team that got this tape I can see it getting out. If it is Mitt I am not sure since he is on McCain's short list and if he is the VP nominee McCain might not want the tape out.
