That provision deals with employment related to the US Government or International Organization listed under noted law. This is not the case with Obama, if he is foreign born.

And if Obama is covered by the law that you posted, it does not define "natural born citizen" as defined in the U.S. Constitution, which determines eligibility to be a United States president. The law you cited only determines U.S. citizenship.

If the certificate is fake, then the obama camp has committed felony fraud, which would destroy any chance of him winning the race, and demonstrating that fraud is less expensive the running national ads in college newspapers. If it was a fraud, we would know, and not because some random blogger decides that JPEG compression artifacts are evidence of tampering.

"Random bloggers" have been clearly responsible for locating, and uncovering a vast amount of fraud. So, don't hold your breath just yet. For instance today, a "random blogger" found that photos of the supposed Iranian missile test were photoshopped. Duh. Random Bloggers are a lot more important than the main stream media these days.
