Jay McKinnon, a self-described Department of Homeland Security-trained document specialist, has implicated himself in the production of fraudulent Hawaii birth certificate images similar to the one endorsed as genuine by the Barack Obama campaign, and appearing on the same blog entry where the supposedly authentic document appears.
The evidence of forgery and manipulation of images of official documents, triggered by Israel Insider's revelation of the collection of Hawaii birth certificate images on the Photobucket site and the detective work of independent investigative journalists and imaging professionals in the three weeks since the publication of the images, implicate the Daily Kos, an extreme left blog site, and the Obama campaign, in misleading the public with official-looking but manipulated document images of doubtful provenance.
The perceived unreliability of the image has provoked petitions and widespread demands for Obama to submit for objective inspection the paper versions of the "birth certificate" he claimed in his book Dreams from My Father was in his possession, as well as the paper version of the Certificate of Live Birth for which the image on the Daily Kos and the Obama "Fight the Smears" website was supposedly generated.
Without a valid birth certificate, Obama cannot prove he fulfills the "natural born citizen" requirement of the Constitution, throwing into doubt his eligibility to run for President.
McKinnon, who says he is 25-30 years old, operates a website called OpenDNA.com and uses the OpenDNA screen name on various web sites and blogs, including his comments and diary on The Daily Kos. In recent years he has divided his time between Long Beach, California and Vancouver, British Columbia. He is a Democratic political activist, frequent contributor to the left wing Daily Kos blog, and a fervent Barack Obama supporter.

The site has been around for quite awhile- and covers mostly Israeli news and doings..but for whatever reason- they’ve taken an interest in this story- and have done outstanding research. This is the 4th piece they’ve done on Certigate.

So I read the whole article looking for the spot that says somebody had admitted forging the document. It turns out he had created other, similar forgeries, but not that document.
The MSM didn’t pick it up because nothing has changed. Given their liberal leanings, we won’t be seeing anything about this until somebody proves it is a fake.

But he WAS practicing there at one time, he worked in a law firm in Chicago.

What MATTERS is that on his OWN website, he has presented this as a legitimate, legal document. That has a name. It’s called FRAUD. It’s a crime.
Where he was born, if his parents were or were not married, if instead of African his father was really listed as Arab- ALL the speculation about WHY- is- for the momemt- beside the point.

Interesting point. I was born in ‘56, and I distinctly remember how wild things were from about 1966 until the end of the Viet Nam war, and Nixon’s resignation. It was just crazy then, 24/7. Being a young teen for much of that time, I just thought it was “normal” to live in interesting times, as the old Chinese proverb goes.

They have been gone over and over by some tech savvy freepers and others at length and the conclusion has been that these are either outright forgeries- or- they’ve been tampered with.

Based on the law in effect at the time of his birth, if he was actually born in another country, it doesn’t look like he is considered a natural-born citizen.
I think the law says that if only one parent is a US citizen, that parent must have lived in the US for 10 years, at least five of which was after the parent was 16.
Obama’s mother was 18 when he was born. Thus she had not lived in the US for 5 years after her 16th birthday.
Thus this is VERY important.
Obama will just have to be born again; that will resonate with his current faith-based shenanigans.
