Killings turn focus on San Francisco sanctuary law

SAN FRANCISCO (AP) - The scene repeats itself daily on city streets: a driver gets stuck bumper to bumper, blocking an intersection and preventing another car from turning left.

But authorities say that was enough to cause Edwin Ramos to unload an AK-47 assault weapon on a man and his two sons, killing them.

The deaths immediately drew public outrage, which intensified when authorities revealed that Ramos, 21, is an illegal immigrant who managed to avoid deportation despite previous brushes with the law.

"The case has put San Francisco's liberal politics to the test, setting off a debate over its sanctuary law that shields undocumented immigrants from deportation."

Fact, San Francisco's current policy is to ship criminals to San Bernardino County.

Sad that it takes a multiple murder of complete innocents to get people to use common sense. I realize this is San Francisco, where everyone is much too smart to be constrained by proletarian concerns like staying alive.

Chickens....roost....and the remaining few decent folks living in that town must deal with the consequences...

Same situation in Minneapolis/St.Paul. Illegals cannot be questioned by the LEO’s as to their status, so they roam free. Until they commit another crime outside of these sanctuary cities and we have to foot the bill for their incarceration, prosecution and deportation.

Doing the murders Americans just won’t do...

How ironic, the liberals offer sanctuary for illegals, but eject the 2nd Amendment. And yet, the criminals care not a whit...you’ve just given them a safe playground.

I still wish that guy wouldn’t have given Putz Newsom the codes.

Sodom by the Sea is a comic book that makes Sin City look like Tom Sawyer.

This can’t be true. SF doesn’t allow anyone to own an AK47, right? What a bunch of a**hats run this city and, actually, our state(unfortunately I live in CA).

“AK-47 assault weapon”

That’s as far as you need to read... The continued characterization of some shoulder fired weapons as ‘assault weapons’ only serves to continue the sterotypes used by the gun control freaks.

Denver is a sanctuary city as well. An illegal, working in Mayor Hickenlooper’s restaurant, despite a criminal record, shot and killed a police officer who was hired to keep order at a baptism party in Denver.

He escaped to Mexico and after a lot of legal wrangling and a promise not to impose the death penalty on the murderous dog, he was returned to Denver.

If you actually showed any of these anti-2A morons a REAL “room broom” they’d have a freakin’ coronary right on the spot.

If there were any REAL justice, that last sentence of yours would end, “...whereupon he was hanged.”

“Until they commit another crime outside of these sanctuary cities and we have to foot the bill for their incarceration, prosecution and deportation.”

Why go through all that rigmarole? Just shoot them during the course and scope of their criminal activity, which must necessarily extend to anything they are doing.

Cities — their Mayors and City Councils should be legally liable for the consequences of their INTENTIONAL and FLAUNTED violation of FEDERAL or STATE Laws.

To designate a city, “Sanctuary City” - is simply hanging out a sign to “come here for safety and support” to every illegal immigrant AND criminal.

The fact these criminals PREY ON THE INNOCENT — apparently was of little concern to the stupidvisors or Mayor of San Francisco..

Perhaps if they are sued for 10’s of Millions for every crime committed by those they welcome, protect, support and sustain — they will reconsider their typically destructive Liberal Leftist stupidity.

There is no justice for victims of crime in this country. All the Courts lean towards the criminals.

Root causes, you know.

Understand that these illegal-alien-criminals in these sanctuary cities receive the highest level of coddling available.

In Minneapolis and St.Paul, their odds of coming afoul of a permitted gun owner are razor thin. These are cities owned, operated and populated by leftist, socialist, marxists...

(Think...Keith Ellison)

Yjey commit their crimes in these areas because they know that they’ll get away with it. Just like in the bathhouse that is San Fran.

“He escaped to Mexico and after a lot of legal wrangling and a promise not to impose the death penalty on the murderous dog, he was returned to Denver.”

That would not have happened in Louisiana. Oh, Louisiana cops would have picked him up, allright, and put him in a car or a van to transport him to some holding facility, etc. But, he necessarily would have had to take a pee during the journey (which, incidentally, would have had to go through the Atchafalaya Basin); and, as he was let out of the vehicle to relieve himself — and the police officers, not wanting to cause him any embarrassment while he was peeing, would of course have to turn their heads away — he disappeared (no doubt fleeing into the bayous). And the police would just have to continue on their way, and when they arrived at their destination would swear the guy escaped. He would have escaped, allright, with a body full of lead and being digested in the juices of some alligator’s stomach.

It looks like the insurgency in San Fransisco has dug in and is planning to make this a long bloody war. Any sane person would say its time to cut and run.

To the liberals of San Fran, what’s another dead family or two? How do the city officials of that cesspool of a city sleep at night?
