McCain camp: Obama playing 'race card' (calls Obama divisive)

As Democrat Barack Obama accuses Republican John McCain of trying to scare voters, McCain's campaign manager is now accusing Obama of raising race.

Campaign manager Rick Davis issued a statement today saying, "Barack Obama has played the race card, and he played it from the bottom of the deck. It's divisive, negative, shameful and wrong."

At issue are comments that Obama made in Missouri on Wednesday.

"Nobody thinks that Bush and McCain have a real answer to the challenges we face. So what they're going to try to do is make you scared of me," Obama said. "You know, he's not patriotic enough, he's got a funny name, you know, he doesn't look like all those other presidents on the dollar bills."

If McCain campaign had brains, could be doubtful, they are more than lucky that Barry always steps in it...um....however, they need to accentuate that Barry and his big head are really more divisive, pitting blacks against whites, patriots against subversives, old against the young, Americans against Euros, etc.

Surely this is a plus for McCain if his campaign uses it right. Remember that Barry has claimed he is a uniter.
