According to a post I saw yesterday, the Kenyan constitution clearly states that a foreign national obtaining Kenyan citizenship must renounce that foreign citizenship in order to be a Kenyan citizen. Therefore, the only way Obama legally could be a Kenyan would be for him to have renounced his US citizenship. This needs to be looked into.
He renounced his US citizenship at 2 years old. Pretty thin.

Actually all he would had to do was renounce it before he lost his Kenyan Citizenship on one of his many trips there.
As has been pointed out to me in various COLB threads The US does not recognize renouncing your US citizenship if you continue to use a US passport like in the case of Marc Rich who became a Spanish Citizen and renounced his US citizenship to escape justice here in the US.

Chances are real good, he is at the very least, a dual citizen if not Kenya(back then all muslim born babies born in other countries were automatically registered as born in the country of their father) than possibly canada or indonesia where his name was Barry Souterra(sp) It's my understanding that the constitution allows a dual citizen to run for the office of President but not actually hold the office(yeah I know sounds spastic but that's what I read and no I don't have the link handy).

What is more intriguing is that Obama has never released any of his grades - at Occidental, Columbia, or Harvard.
When it comes to intelligence, which his followers and the media say is genius level, there is no actual measure as to how smart (dumb?) this moron really is. All they fall back on is that he was President of the Harvard Law Review, which was not determined by grades, but PC considerations (like we need a black pronto!).
His real intelligence is marked by “57 states” and “tire pressure” and his “uncle liberating Auschwitz”.
Start demanding Obama release his grades.

The point is enough American Citizens voted for a person that is anti American, considers themselves to be a “world citizen” and is a socialist come wannabe Communist by ideology and agenda.
