That is a startling development.
This is the proof positive that Edwards is the father. Edwards’ agreement to a paternity test, and Hunter’s refusal, is all part of Edwards’ cover-up scheme, and the money he’s paying her.

The money paid to hunter, both currently and in 2006 to make the alleged campaing videos, . . . If Edwards paid her campaign money in ‘06 to keep quiet or just as his girlfriend - without her actually performing valid services for the campaing, is a fraudulent use of campaign funds....
And if he’s currently using any campaign-related funds to pay her off . . .

From H&C last night the editor of NE claims that their source apparently told them that she did not have sexual relations with the guy claiming to be the father.
Seems to me the only person who would know that for sure is her.

Ever since the MSM woke up to this little dalliance we can’t seem to get away from it; at the beginning I was very reluctant to believe that we had the whole story but maybe this ‘love child’ is the result of Edwards’ stiff member, after all.
They might stop temporarily.And if he isn't,in fact,they could stop permanently.But if he is the daddy the payments would,at worst,stop only for a while.And then,given his breathtaking wealth,the payments would resume and continue at least for 18...and more likely...for 22 years.And the payments would likely be enormous....far more than $15K/month.
Edwards knows a lot of lawyer tricks, and with a bevy of sympathetic judges could delay any further payment for decades.
I wouldn't bet on that.Any judge who agreed to play footsie with him would open him/herself up to searing scrutiny,loss of judgeship and maybe even criminal charges.

True enough. She knows who the father is, and/or knows who the “suspects” are if she wants to establish paternity. She could also firmly confirm that Edwards was not the father, if she wanted to confirm that piece of the story. She could confirm he’s not dad and still leave the other questions unanswered if she wanted to.
This whole case smells bad to me.
