Dual citizenship makes him inelligible to be Pres.

Please cite proof of this statement.

If Barry himself signed up and stated he was into Islam as a Muslim, that would be it.
Here we have dad, a dad he doesn't have a strong relationship with and that dad created that paper.

Parents from broken homes always do this kind of thing.
Debates about everything and anything.

Not enough here to mean anything unless Barry himself authored the document.

In his dad's eyes it is probably an embarrassment for him to NOT be a Muslim, so dad writes Muslim.

"Paging Hilery Clinton...."

Don't worry. Hil probably knows a whole lot more about this than any of us.

I recall reading that the school was multi-denominational. I may be wrong, though.

Nope, not as long as he hasn’t renounced his other citizenship, and even then, if he lied about it when he filed to run for President(and also as Senator)then he is ineligible because of the fact he lied. He lied about his name, this also makes him ineligible.

The more citizenships he can collect, the better to present himself as truly a Global President.

McCain was not my first choice, but I’ll be there for him at the polling place and start standing in line at 6:30 AM on November 4, if need be. The Empty Suit may win, or even carry Iowa, but not because *I* was asleep on the job.

I’m with you.......I’m voting for whoever is running against Obama.

Its so laughable that 7 years after 9/11 the best the DNC can run is a Indonesian, Coke Snorting con man with multiple aliases and is 48 years old but written TWO autobiographies yet has accomplished absolutely nothing in his life.

Even more laughable, but in an ironic and sad way, is that said con man stands so decent a shot at winning the Presidency.

God's judgment is coming? Looks to me, from this ovine quality in the electorate, that it may be already here.

Well there you go the Muslims think he is a Muslim... therefore the country would be less safe with him as President as it gives cause to the Radical Muslims to kill him and his follower (US) because he is Murtadd....

Islamism (it's a politic, not a religion) .. is convenient.

They use it when it suits them, and don't when it doesn't.

Them?

Little anti-Christs.

re: I’ve often wondered why if Obambi is/was a Muslim, why haven’t the more extreme Islamocrazies been issuing fatwas against him?

That is a good question. However, maybe a better question is, “Why in the world are so many of the Muslims around the world supporting Obama for the Presidency of the United States?” I don't know the entire answer to it, but I do know that they are not afraid of Obama’s so-called Christianity. They do not see his goals as in opposition to their own.

Once an American woman marries a foreign national, she and her children are no longer entitled to any American citizenship rights. http://pajamasmedia.com/phyllischesler/2008/06/20/american-woman-arab-man-tales-of-horror-in-the-harem/

The marriage of an American woman with a foreigner has consequences of like kind, may involve national complications of like kind, as her physical expatriation may involve. Therefore, as long as the relation lasts, it is made tantamount to expatriation. This is no arbitrary exercise of government. It is one which, regarding the international aspects, judicial opinion has taken for granted would not only be valid, but demanded. It is the conception of the legislation under review that such an act may bring the government into embarrassments, and, it may be, into controversies. It is as voluntary and distinctive as expatriation and its consequence must be considered as elected.

Judgment affirmed.

Just the functioning of Indonesian law. If you lived there you would find yourself needing to declare your religious affiliation constantly, plus, you'd find it necessary to dclare the religious affiliation of your children according to that of their father, step-father, or other male head of household.

It's a foreign country with foreign ways, many of them totally incomprehensible to Americans.

Show me where it changed and why can't American women and children get support from the consulates! The first link leads to a 2008 article and stories. It changed with CABLE, but cable was later rescinded in 1936.

I've been hunting for an overturn or law change and have found none. In particular with regards to ASIAN countries.
