If the lone American citiizen parent is under the age of 20, at the time of BObama’s birth - It is impossible for BObama to be a natural-born American citizen.

As much as I despise and loathe BHO, I believe he was, indeed, born in the US and therefore eligible to run for President.

However, if he held dual citizenship, as an adult, he would still be a citizen but NOT eligible to run for President.
