On the original story posted here I actually used Obama’s website to post my letter to all the Virginia stations. I titled my email “Free Speech Lives in America.”
Dear Sir or Madam,
Thank you for providing us Americans with an ad detailing more on the founder of the terrorist group Bill Ayers and his political friendship/sponsorship of Senator Obama.
Many of us want to know more about this relationship and you have been brave enough to allow an ad for same.
Thank you for standing for American values and not caving in censorship.

After I sent it then Obama was nice enough to thank me for emailing those Virginia TV Stations.
I feel really happy about that. :)

I didn’t see any refutation of the book’s claims in Obama’s letter.Correct. Again, despite the threatening hysterics of the letter, there is no refutation of any information in the advertisement.

“like the mob”? Remember he is a Chicago politician so “like” probably isn’t even close to it. Don’t all chicago politican’s need premission first from the real leaders in order to even run?

I would assume that if the letters statements stating that the American Issues Project were against FCC regs that the Obama campaign would be seeking injunctions of some type in the courts rather than sending threats to station managers.
