Not enough is yet known about the adequacy of the pre-natal care and toilet training Alan Colmes received.
I’m sure Colmes has a contract. After the contract is up, who knows what format will be chosen.
I bet you there’s a clause in that contract too.
Leftists say that only murderers should judge murderers. They say that men should not judge females who have abortions to avoid stretch marks. But when it comes to judging a mother, here comes a man, Alan Colmes, judging her about ‘water breaking’.
I can live with that. But here's the rub — the VICTIM is the one to forgive, not a self-appointed proxy. Colmes should offer to apologize to Mrs. AND Mr. Palin face-to-face. He also needs to apologize to all Downs parents, since he insinuated [though did not flatly state] that prenatal care can cause Downs Syndrome. That, of course, could not be face-to-face with every parent. What a mess.
Colmes has now sunk lower than Michael Savage. Remember the autism frenzy? This is lower. He's maligning an individual mother. Not only that, she refused to abort a child who many mothers would not have kept. Such righteousness to be smeared by this ‘man’!

It was a cheap shot. I don’t know much about pregnancy, but mothers are giving us an earful about how wrong this is.

I don’t buy this “there’s not really a difference between the two” kind of argument.
There really are fundamental differences between Liberals and Conservatives. The Left and the Right.
The left is fundamentally dishonest and dishonorable when it comes to making their point and getting their way. Where those on the Right have limits, the Left knows no limits, and will cross any line, no make how it destroys any alleged principles, the Right usually has some sense of decency.
Where are the conservatives floating disgusting and obviously false rumors about Obama or Biden. Oh, there is much to disagree upon to be sure, but everything I’ve heard so far has basis behind it.
(All the Obamaites can scream is “sleaze” and cheap shot and stuff like this, NOT “untrue”... because point by point, fact by fact, the left has no basis for claiming that the right makes stuff up.... The Left makes it up as easily as it breathes)
There really are basic differences, that often makes compromise or “getting along” with the Left impracticle or undesirable.
For me, I don’t need to “get along” ...

Someone named ‘Gonzo’ left an angry post there. I wouldn’t be suprized if it’s our Gonzo if you need confirmation of the Colmes quote. Papa Smurf has saved a lot of stuff to hard drive too. Not sure if Papa Smurf saved anything at the Colmes blog. And I bet that Warner Todd Huston can confirm as well. Hope this helps.
Oh Dear. If your water is broken or leaking we like for you to deliver within 24 hours to decrease the risk of infection. She had plently of time. Of coarse she might have delived on the plane but with her 5th child so what. I thought liberals liked home births and such. This is such a cheap shot it does not matter.
Listen, I totally agree (and didn’t mean to even remotely imply that left and right are the same!), that conservatives are kinder, fairer and certainly more decent, whereas the left has no problem playing dirty. they’re constantly accusing our side of using “fear and smear” -well, they’re the real culprits guilty of this, on a daily basis.
I just meant that I like the few places on TV where we can see both left and right face off at once. (BHO cowers from even sharing a stage with JSM at the same time - note Saddleback format (he was requested to be on at the same time but refused)and also NO townhalls with JSM).
And part of the reason I like it is because every time, our (conservative) side (by contrast) shows up the libs for the lame, low-roader, mud slingers they are.
Alan Colmes of Hannity and Colmes wrote a post so inappropriate and offensive the Kos Kiddies would be envious. He accused Governor Palin of not taking enough care of Trig when he was an unborn baby. A man who has no problem with a woman killing her unborn baby through an abortion actually has the nerve to ask if Governor Palin took too great a risk with her pregnancy:
The irony of all of this totally blows my mind.
It’s pretty obvious, the tactics being used...attack the family are to scare her and make her withdraw.
So, am I mistaken...or didn’t Barry recently have a rant about “leave my kids, wife, middle name, preacher and on an on” out of this campaign. He will certainly be appalled by these tactics. /s
