Here we go round the mulberry bush ping.................
OK, so who’s running the pool as to when she will be re-re-re-arrested?
I’ve got $5.00 that says she’s be back in jail by 4:00pm tomorrow.
I think they are doing exactly what they can with each charge, as they continue to gather the evidence necessary to convict her of murder.
If they are hoping for a mental collapse, they’ll be waiting for a long time. A sociopath has built-in mental safeguards. And now she has a lawyer to help reinforce the wall..............
“......a national search for her daughter continues.”
A “national” search?
No way she’s back in jail by tomorrow afternoon.... Baez needs to get his money’s worth out of her first. ;^)
I’m pretty sure she has her own key now.
I was feeling sympathy for the parents, but I have lost that. They know their daughter was involved in killing their defenseless toddler grandbaby. One of my kids did that, they would die to me the same day my grandbaby died. I certainly wouldn’t be coddling them in my home everytime they could get out of jail. ESPECIALLY when she won’t even tell them what happened. At the very least, this woman needs to be admitted to a mental hospital, but since they are willing to do that either, it’s obvious they are just as crazy as she is.
Oops, I mean “aren’t” willing to do that.
“Detectives have said lab tests show Caylee’s decomposing body was in her mother’s car”
Is this new info, or bad reporting. I thought the tests revealed that “a body” had been decomposing in the car.
They are jacking with her on these stupid check forgery charges in hopes of breaking her.
It’s obviously not working.
They need to move on the Plan B -— let her out, get an informant near her with some booze and drugs, and let in vino veritas.
I believe someone else here described it as “pro boner” work...... tacky, but totally in line with this case.
I really don’t know. It sounds like bad reporting to me, but I suppose it is possible that the reporters have been told stuff off the record that accidentally slips into their articles.
My understanding is that the “Body Farm” confirmed that a body had been decomposing in the car but did not identify it. What identified caylee’s presence was her hair, and it was determined that she was dead when it fell off.
It’s reasonable to conclude that Caylee’s body was the one decomposing, but like you point out, it is an inference.
I do think the investigators know this about her. After that initial interview where they confronted her about the lies and she just immediately came up with excuses - no emotion - and when they played “good cop/bad cop” and the good guy complimented her and she laughed and just went along with the line of questioning, they knew then that she was a sociopath.
I think what I have read is that they did tests on hair samples found in the trunk which were shown to be Caylee's. The hair samples, somehow, showed that the body was decomposing.
I'll look for a quote explaining it.
That is bad reporting. Had they had conclusive DNA evidence it was Caylee’s body they would have re-charged her for murder/manslaughter...and she would be in jail on a much higher bond (or none at all).
Quite frankly...it looks like the Orange County Sherriff’s Dept really has nothing on Casey...which is why they keep arresting her on the minor charges. They obviously have nothing to link Casey with Caylee’s disappearance.
I still suspect Casey sold little Caylee. Probably money for drugs and partying
“And if she says anything about it . . “
As a psycho, no doubt she would play, but she’ll keep evidence — DNA, most likely.
My busienss partner (drill rig business), was nailing his office assistant for his light tower/supply business. (We officed together, but this girl was NOT my employee.)
She was a HOT hispanic girl. Appeared in low rider mags, NOPI contests, that sort of thing. Completely useless in the office, but looked good in very short skirts and wore them.
Anyway, she reminds me a lot of this woman. Party girl, up for anything.
As these all do, it eventually went sour -— she stole money -— to the tune of $50K —— when he was going to press charges -— her attorney said he was going to get sued for “sexual harrassment” —— she had kept various articles of underwear from their encounters.
Classy, all around.
Any way, this girl is the same mold, but not as hot.
So, long way of saying, her lawyer would be stupid.
They probably see a lot of them in their line of work, more than you or I would normally..........
