Democratic presidential nominee Sen. Barack Obama of Illinois today exhorted his supporters to get extremely aggressive in their communities to persuade their neighbors to vote for Obama in November.
Speaking to a crowd in Elko, Nevada, Obama was quoted by the AP as urging the people to be his 'ambassadors':
"I need you to go out and talk to your friends and talk to your neighbors. I want you to talk to them whether they are independent or whether they are Republican. I want you to argue with them and get in their face.
"And if they tell you that, 'Well, we're not sure where he stands on guns.' I want you to say, 'He believes in the Second Amendment.' If they tell you, 'Well, he's going to raise your taxes,' you say, 'No, he's not, he's going lower them.' You are my ambassadors. You guys are the ones who can make the case."
Obama has campaigned as a uniter. One can't help but wonder how neighbors will react to people getting up in their faces arguing to them to vote for Obama and how many friendships will be ruined by Obama this fall.
Right on. I’ll second that. If Obama or any of his sycophantic suck-ups get in my face, they’ll be bitch-slapped.
Here’s what I do: Sit there and listen to them and politely ask question after question - appearing to be interested but unconvinced. If you can engage one of these nuts for a half hour or an hour, that’s time that they are NOT spending with softies that might actually believe the stuff they spew.
I do the same thing when one of them calls my house. It’s the most helpful thing you can do.
Invoke the Second Amendment?

Boy, this smacks of true desperation. His internal polling must be truly dreadful.
I can’t wait for when the first one of 0bama’s ‘ambassadors’ get’s THEIR face ‘re-organized’ in my community.

I have noticed that in the last week, the Democrats have gotten much more strident with their talking points. I have noticed this not only on televisoin and on the Internet, but also with real live Democrats who are fierce Obama partisans. I have absolutely had it with these people. They are utterly incapable of having a human discussion. And they have become insufferable bores.
In a closely related vein, I loved the way Karl Rove let Alan Combs have it tonight. I guess I’m not the only one who has reached my limit.
The only thing that really impresses me about the Obama campaign is their amazing ability to find new and innovative ways to piss people off.
If any of his people want to have a rational and civil discussion with me, I will be glad to oblige.
HOWEVER:
If any of his idiotic sycophants “get in my face” I will give them one and only one warning to get right back out of my face. After that somebody gets his ass kicked.
This is taste of what happens should Hussein become President. FR and other alternative media will exist only with his approval.

That loser really doesn’t want people asking questions about him. He is just about as stupid a person as I can imagine.
Hell, most of the people I work with are like this....I just ignore it, but there’s only so much you can take....I’m hoping to gloat and laugh in all their faces on Nov.5th!!!!! One of them dared to get in my face and I had him stuttering.....LOL!
