.

Right now both .jpegs are 100% Quality - over 400K each

A reset to 80% Quality and resizing of 2 smaller versions to 600x450 will cut the filesizes down considerably and will creating a 2-framer Slideshow will be easier produce an good graphic with an acceptable bandwidth size animated .gif

“cut filesize” works for me, lol, and it does reduce quality but is often necessary.

“I don’t like the Chinese regime or trust its intentions. But at least trading with them provides the benefit of cheap goods and frees up disposable income for its many customers.”

Going with them also give you lead in your toys and poison in your baby formula. What a BARGAIN!!!

If the president called for “restraint” in enacting the bill (he may end up using the largest part of this $700 billion if things get really bad) and took exception to some of the Dem additions, he might have a clue. There’s a difference between being a statesman and someone else’s fool.

Has anyone noticed the new terms for “Bailout”?

There are actually several now.

One is “Rescue plan”.

Another is “Economic action plan”

Yet another is “Financial recovery plan”.

How many ways can they sugarcoat the word bailout?

What is your favorite?

How much cash did Goldman Sachs promise Bush after Jan 20th to go along with the disgraceful plan of Paulson and his fellow Democrats? McCain needs to run against Bush and slam this plan. Americans are with him 90%.

Better than he’s been to us.He’s sold out Israel, Clintooned on N.Korea , Iran, let Chavez run rampant in South America, bamboozled on Georgia.Failed us oil, family issues, failed to answer one damn attack from the libs or MSM.He looks beat, let them beat him down, and demoralized the base.He never had a “Gotcha” moment , to put on the Demoncrats.I can’t tell much difference between his and Clinton’s foreign policies in many cases.
I support his efforts in Iraq and Afghanistan, but I will never forgive him for letting Iran send in its QUDS force to kill our soldiers without one response.I know the typical response, oh you don’t know what we are doing. Believe me, if we had hit them back for this, we’d know!
He threw us some bones for sure, and yeah no more terrorist attacks. But I thinks thats because some lower echelon people get it and do their jobs, with open borders I am more inclined to believe in Divine intervention on that part though.

Well, the solution is too complex for any but experts, and, note that - we do not elect lawmakers who are experts in anything. They will listen only to experts that allow them to milk the system for their own political gain - not the people of the U.S.

I’ve always wondered why government experts are always in favor of Big Government. Then I remembered that every ecologist and environmetalist thinks the world is dying, every literary professor thinks literature is valuable, and every plumber thinks pipes should be unclogged by plumbers. Why wouldn’t they? Their jobs depend upon it.

“Why should anyone listen to Bush?”
>>>>>.........................
This is a sad end to the man who stood on the rubble of the trade center and had the whole country behind him..Bush seems to be loyal only to the power elite not the base of the party or for that matter his oath to the constitution.

Yes, but we must all face the fact that anyone who was president at that time could have done the same.
Just imagine...

Al Gore:
“I can hear yew, tha rest of tha world can hear yew, an perdy soon tha people who made this environmental disaster are gunna have ta clean it up!”

John Kerry:
This reminds me of the devastation we left in Vietnam when I served in Vietnam. I was in Vietnam. It reminds me of the napalmed villages of Cambodia that Richard Nixon sent me to destroy like Genghis Khan when I served in Vietnam. Can you hear me reporting for duty?

Barack Hussein 0bama:
“We are the ones we've been waiting to hear from! And now we are hearing from us. And you know, w-w-w-we're we're gonna have to I mean, somebody is gonna have to, you know, something is going to, going to be done about this pretty soon, you know.”
