Postscript: did anyone catch Michelle Obama's body language after the debate? She came up to Barack, head down, whispered something in his ear, and then turned and looked visibly pained planting what appeared to be a fake smile for the crowd.
That said it all for me. Even she knew it was a bad night.

especially since he made such noise in the media about spending so much time preparing for the debate. You can't teach an old teleprompter new tricks.

I was expecting a fist bump. Not because he deserved it but just for show.

Because of my occupation, I also pay a lot of attention to body language. Did it appear to you that Obama was the one who frequently became flustered and on the verge of popping a cork? Obama also gave me the impression that he would have preferred to be somewhere else and didn’t want to be bothered with what he felt was a bunch of nonsense. He came across to me as being very arrogant.

Thank you for your insights. I notice that two polls (CNN and CBS) both indicate that most respondents thought, by a clear margin, that Obama won. One poll indicated that he was thought to be more of a leader. I wonder why so many people are so detached from reality.

Obama showed last night that he can’t be in control of our military. He wants to go into Pakistan and bomb Bin Laden. OK, fine. Let’s do that. Oh wait, Bin Laden has been see in London England.....let’s bomb England. Or what if he’s in Paris, France? The man is a fool.

I hope that McCain reminds BARRY of all the things he agreed with him on over and over and over and over and over and over and over again and then has 1-2-3 punch knockout lines ready after nObama says, Yes, I did agree...It’d be like McCain hitting fungo’s to a group of outfielders.

He came across to me as being very arrogant. With the press fawning over him for the past year, he is now infected with the Legend In My Own Mind Syndrome..an overdose of Narcisstic Supply.

Thank you!!!! I feel a little better after reading some positive things here on FR. Too bad the media has just decided that Obama won, because his campaign said so. McCain should say “I have a campaign too!”

I can't think of a single thing that Obama said other than some typical liberal crap about early childhood education. To listen to the media talk about how he won the debate is just a joke.
It is clear that McCain started out slow and then pulled ahead the rest of the night.
I have to admit that my mood today is down listening to these people fawn over the 'Worthless One".
