Ifill is an utterly biased pseudoJouralist.
She is SOOOOO twisted that when someone was nominated,
who THREATENED Ifill's upcoming undeclared book's future,
ie. Gov Palin, Ifill looked like PBS had her on 'suicide watch'.
How biased is Ifill? She described Resko as a banker, but did not describe what is going on.
Disgusting that PBS has stooped so low.

"
They put Palin on with known hostile interviewers and ignore Hume, Limbaugh, etc. Why not just tell them to go suck eggs." At this point, that's a most reasonable strategy.

The best moderator for all political debates is Walter Williams, and especially economics.

Thank you Gwen, and thank you to the committee for the hard work in setting up this forum for the benefit of the American people. And congratulations to you, Gwen, on your upcoming book on Barack Obamas breakthrough campaign. Im sure Senator Obama is excited about it. Now, as to your question, blah blah blah.... Perfect.
And when answering each question, she should preface with:
"Im not sure how you address this topic in your Lap-Dog book on Obama, but..."

We’ve been bashing the biased media for at least 2 decades that I know of. It’s always assumed.
So...just assume it from now on! :>)
(Throwing a scrap: IFILL is a biased, insincere, media hack who can be counted on to carry the liberal agenda into the VP debate in any way she can.)

I have a question.
Did Lincoln and Douglas have a moderator when they debated? How long did they debate?
Was their debate open to questions from the listeners or questions from a moderator or was it between the two of them?
It’s been along time since I read about this.

NO surprise here. I expect the debate to open with a question to palin something like this. Govenor palin (actually she will call her mrs, since for some reason the media doesnt want people to remember she is a govenor) if a train leaves chicago going 300 mph and another leaves boston at the same time going 230 mph, how will the laffer curve predict the gdp for the third quarter of 2011.
Next question goes to senator biden, senator biden do you think bunnies are cute and if I brought you one would you pet it and give it a carrot?

Dear McCain campaign
What do you think you're doing?
Are you trying to lose the election intentionally?, or just get Sarah replaced?
Between the whitehouse with paulson & the democrats, couric & now this, I'm wondering what's going on.

In THE BREAKTHROUGH, veteran journalist Gwen Ifill surveys the American political landscape, shedding new light on the impact of Barack Obamas stunning presidential campaign and introducing the emerging young African American politicians forging a bold new path to political power.
Ifill argues that the Black political structure formed during the Civil Rights movement is giving way to a generation of men and women who are the direct beneficiaries of the struggles of the 1960s. She offers incisive, detailed profiles of such prominent leaders as Newark Mayor Cory Booker, Massachusetts Governor Deval Patrick, and U.S. Congressman Artur Davis of Alabama, and also covers up-and-coming figures from across the nation. Drawing on interviews with power brokers like Senator Obama, former Secretary of State Colin Powell, Vernon Jordan, the Reverend Jesse Jackson, and many others, as well as her own razor-sharp observations and analysis of such issues as generational conflict and the “black enough” conundrum, Ifill shows why this is a pivotal moment in American history.
THE BREAKTHROUGH is a remarkable look at contemporary politics and an essential foundation for understanding the future of American democracy.
About the Author

Before coming to PBS, she was chief congressional and political correspondent for NBC News, and had been a reporter for The New York Times, The Washington Post, The Baltimore Sun, and Boston Herald American.
