It’s funny to call judges out-of-step with mainstream America, when the guy’s running mate cast the ONLY ‘nay’ vote on the Human Cloning Ban. And given that same running mate’s support of partial-birth abortions and opposition to the Born Alive Act, I think we can see how much the two value human life.
Oh, but “Life, Liberty, and the pursuit of happiness” doesn’t apply here. Obviously. (Do I need to tell you I’m being sarcastic here?)
