Stealing Pennsylvania: Judge says "Massive Fraud" (ACORN at it again)

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is "not confident we can get a fair election" in the state come November.

Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburg press conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as "addresses" for "voters" was handed out to journalists.

Gleason was even more explicit.

"Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board" with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. "Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election."

"Voter fraud is no longer just a Philadelphia problem," Gleason said, with ACORN targeting key counties across the state.

We need to call for a postponement of this election.

We need to call for it right now.

The election should be postponed until we can get a handle on this extraordinary attempt to defraud the electorate.

ACORN defends themselves by saying they just cannot control the actions of their workers.

So, by their own admission, they are not qualified to operate these voter registration jobs. They should be shut down for incompetence alone. Then there’s the fraud.

Congress sets the date for choosing electoral college members (what we’re actually voting for on Nov. 4). Article 2, section 1 of the Constitution. The communists won’t let the date be changed to their disadvantage.

Asked whether the Pennsylvania State Democratic Party had come forward to work with the GOP on the ACORN voter fraud issue, Gleason tersely shook his head. One source did say that much of the impetus for the fraud was "an Obama effort," as opposed to the Democratic Party as an institution.

Sad, isn’t it. We let congress pass this bail out crap. We let the election get stolen when it should be congress stopping it. It’s obvious all those crooks in congress are buddies and all in it together. They’ll pass anything to keep the government going. That’s where their retirement comes from so they don’t want to rock the boat.

Here’s a great few paragraphs on ACORN and their voter fraud strategy:

In 1982, partisans of the Cloward-Piven strategy founded a new “voting rights movement,” which purported to take up the unfinished work of the Voting Rights Act of 1965. Like ACORN, the organization that spear-headed this campaign, the new “voting rights” movement was led by veterans of George Wiley’s welfare rights crusade. Its flagship organizations were Project Vote and Human SERVE, both founded in 1982. Project Vote is an ACORN front group, launched by former NWRO organizer and ACORN co-founder Zach Polett. Human SERVE was founded by Richard A. Cloward and Frances Fox Piven, along with a former NWRO organizer named Hulbert James.

All three of these organizations — ACORN, Project Vote and Human SERVE — set to work lobbying energetically for the so-called Motor-Voter law, which Bill Clinton ultimately signed in 1993. The Motor-Voter bill is largely responsible for swamping the voter rolls with “dead wood” — invalid registrations signed in the name of deceased, ineligible or non-existent people — thus opening the door to the unprecedented levels of voter fraud and “voter disenfranchisement” claims that followed in subsequent elections.

The new “voting rights” coalition combines mass voter registration drives — typically featuring high levels of fraud — with systematic intimidation of election officials in the form of frivolous lawsuits, unfounded charges of “racism” and “disenfranchisement,” and “direct action” (street protests, violent or otherwise). Just as they swamped America’s welfare offices in the 1960s, Cloward-Piven devotees now seek to overwhelm the nation’s understaffed and poorly policed electoral system. Their tactics set the stage for the Florida recount crisis of 2000, and have introduced a level of fear, tension and foreboding to U.S. elections heretofore encountered mainly in Third World countries.”

The state legislature has the right to appoint the electors. Wanta’ see a revolution? Let ‘em do their duty and “overturn” an election. Talk about riots! That’s why it will never happen. Too many cowardly politicians at the feeding trough.

Maybe it’s time to shut down offsite registration by third parties. Maybe it’s time to reinstate registration in person solely at the office of elections.

Too late for this time, but before the next election ALL registered voters need to be purged and we start all over. Instead of letting 3rd parties register people, make the prospective voter haul their own @ss down to a location and provide the right documentation to get themselves registered. This has all become a friggin joke and we look worse than most 3rd World countries.
