Stealing Pennsylvania: Judge says "Massive Fraud" (ACORN at it again)

A retired Pennsylvania Supreme Court Justice says that she is "not confident we can get a fair election" in the state come November.

Justice Sandra Newman, accompanied by Dauphin County District Attorney Edward Marsico and Pennsylvania Republican State Chairman Robert Gleason, expressed her concerns at a Harrisburg press conference this morning. A thick document replete with photo copies of phony registrations and aerial shots of vacant lots used as "addresses" for "voters" was handed out to journalists.

Gleason was even more explicit.

"Between March 23rd and October 1st, various groups, including ACORN, submitted over 252,595 registrations to the Philadelphia County Election Board" with 57, 435 rejected for faulty information. "Most of these registrations were submitted by ACORN, and rejected due to fake social security numbers, incorrect dates of birth, clearly fraudulent signatures, addresses that do not exist, and duplicate registrations. In one case, a man was registered to vote more than 15 times since the Primary election."

"Voter fraud is no longer just a Philadelphia problem," Gleason said, with ACORN targeting key counties across the state.

Geesh. Where do we begin. I make invitations. I guess we set a day, start from west to east, have pick up points for people and move on them, pitchforks in hand. Maybe some tar and feathers to boot.

Sends spasms of adrenaline just thinking about it.

I’ll be working at the polls, so I’ll be watching to see that everything goes smoothly. There are supposed to be an equal number of Republicans and Democrats working at each precinct (at least in my county). Hopefully Republicans across the country working at the polls will be watching. I’m working in a primarily suburban, Republican district, so I don’t think we’ll have problems with fraud. The primaries went very smoothly.

So Bush should have won Pennsylvania then?

rest of article:

“Asked whether the Pennsylvania State Democratic Party had come forward to work with the GOP on the ACORN voter fraud issue, Gleason tersely shook his head. One source did say that much of the impetus for the fraud was “an Obama effort,” as opposed to the Democratic Party as an institution.

All of this brings Pennsylvania into focus as yet another key battleground state where a serious effort is being made to, bluntly put, steal the presidency in a move reminiscent of the attempts made by the 2000 Gore campaign in Florida. Just as ACORN’s efforts have been directed at key electoral states such as Florida, Colorado, Missouri, New Mexico Ohio, and Wisconsin, so within Pennsylvania have its efforts been targeted at key Pennsylvania counties. For decades the internal electoral math of the state for Republicans has been to overwhelm the heavy Democratic vote in Philadelphia and Pittsburgh with strong showings in the Philadelphia suburbs, Central Pennsylvania, and western counties outside Pittsburgh.

Thus have ACORN’s fraud efforts — those at least that have been detected — been directed at Philadelphia (where increasing the Obama total to counter less enthusiastic support from white ethnics becomes critical), Delaware County in the pro-GOP Philadelphia suburbs, Dauphin County (in the heart of Central Pennsylvania) and Erie in the Northwest.

Is it really possible that the presidency could be stolen for Obama by virtue of a massive voter fraud here in Pennsylvania? And elsewhere? ACORN seems to think so. One so-called “non-partisan” ACORN member, Gleason pointed out, has been captured on video tape saying the group’s objective was to “beat McCain down.” Not exactly “non-partisan” sounding, is it?

Newman, the retired Supreme Court Justice, was blunt on the evidence: “I don’t want a president who does this.”

ACORN clearly does. Makes you wonder: why?”

That is the same strategy Obama was telling Odinga to do.

That is why Odinga is so important. Odinga ran on the hopey changy thing too. Gee, who was behind that?

Obama and his buddies like Ayers, are going to steal this election and submit all of us to their agenda.

This is all part of the The Obama/ACORN/Gallup/MSM Kenyan 2-Step Campaign Strategy

Here's how this works. Obama knows he's going to lose. So he gets ACORN to drum up millions of fraudulent Dem voter registrations. It doesn't matter that most of these fake registrations will never be used to vote, the idea is to inflate the number of Democrat voter registrations. This has been going on for over a year now.

Next, the pollsters say, Wow, look at all these new Dem registrations. We better re-weight our polling samples to compensate. Some polls do this innocently and you can see their internals. Other polls are in on the game and won't show you their internals. The re-weighted polls then naturally show Obama ahead, and the ones showing the biggest lead are the ones that keep their internals secret.

Carville, Mathews, Oberman, and the rest of the MSM then start saying that if Obama loses the election while the polls show him winning, there's gonna be riots.

Meanwhile, Obama plants fake agitators at McCain rallys to shout violent, anti-Obama soundbites. The media then dutifully reports that McCain supporters are calling for violence against Obama.

Obama decries the violent nature of McCain supporters and gets his followers worked up, ready for a fight. Obama loses the election as he expects... Shazam! Obama supporters riot the day after the election.

Will there be as much murder and mayhem here as there was in Kenya after Odinga lost the election? Will Obama be able to wrest control of the U.S. government through this strategy like his cousin Odinga did in Kenya? Remains to be seen.

Obama has spent his life looking for self-definition. But as Palin said in an early speech, “the Presidency is not a journey of self-discovery.”

Oh, I completely agree with you! :) I just didn’t want to see you feel slighted. Just ask those who know me - I ask tons of questions, and sometimes even more than once! ;) I am a firm believer in “There is no such question as a stupid question”. If I made you feel otherwise, I apologize. :)

As for Obama, I’ve got four daughters, and I don’t want them to endure what my husband’s family endured in Poland under the likes of Hitler, and Stalin! No thank you.

God bless you and thank you for YOUR sacrifices as a family with loved ones overseas. I’m always praying for our troops and that of course includes your loved ones, too! :)

Maybe — but enough to swing a Presidential election, probably not. My problem with this whole ACORN thing coming out of the McCain campaign is -

1. It reeks of desperation. If this isn’t new, why are they bringing it up now. Why not in August or July, when it could have gotten more traction? Well ... maybe because it’s a bogus argument. I’m a Freeper and I’m skeptical - what can we expect of the electorate.

2. It looks like an attempt to deligitimize Obama’s victory (if it comes to that). That seems a little unAmerican to me. If he wins, we accept it and move on. Maybe I’m old-fashioned, but I think our political system needs cohesion. Nixon didn’t contest the 1960 election and that one was closer than the 2008 appears to be.

Yep! The rest of the Stae is RED( pardon me!) I mean the rest of the State is verses the Blue Socialist/Communist!
No more Right verses Left! Its Capitalism verses Socialism now and people better wake up and understand the Importance of the Difference. Remember Maxine Waters, during a hearing, blurted out that they (Democrats) were going to Nationalize American Oil Companies. That was No Accidental Gaffe!

I guess I am saying — having time to think it over — that this whole ACORN accusation is irresponsible. Not what a conservative would cling to, IMHO. If the election goes against us, so be it.

If the election goes against us and it’s because of ACORN....kiss America good bye.....if you can’t stand up and fight for something...well...that’s your choice. ACORN has been working on this for years and years.....it’s just that NOW they’re really making inroads....with their accomplices in Congress....

Note, Sandra Newman is not a conservative by any stretch...Very interesting.

Oddly enough there was a Sandy Newman who was described as a lawyer for Project Vote. Probably not the same though.

Do you recall anything more about the campaign person or Obama and what was said regarding proposal of “joint” governing directly after the election?

No, I don't. I believe it was posted here on FR. I am self-employed and frequently do my work at odd pre-dawn hours, so I may have seen it at a time when not a lot of other people were likely to see it. I was surprised that there wasn't more comment on it, in any case, and I put it out of my mind because nobody else seemed bothered by it. But with the events of recent days, plus things I have read about the Obama/Odinga Kenya tactic, it seems much more signifcant.
