“OK this is what Ive never understood about this: Maybe Im stupid, but isnt any child born to a US citizen, even while overseas, is still born a US citizen?”
Depends. If the parents are in that country on military orders then yes. If the parents file the appropriate paperwork then yes. Only one parent has to be a US citizen I think.
One of my kids was born overseas. Had to file paperwork with the US Consulate and most importantly claim US citizenship for the child.
So was he born in Hawaii or was he born in Kenya? IMHO it doesn’t matter cause the checks have cleared for all the people that have been bought. In 6-12 months we freepers will be sent to education camps in North Dakota.
This was 1961 when Obama was born in Kenya. His mother was TOO YOUNG FOR that law to be in effect, as in passing on rights of U.S. citizenship to child because she was American. (she probably didn’t want to be American anyway)
If they let us talk, at least we’ll have some intelligent conversations. I can’t find anyone to talk to around here. ;)
NOPE, you will get sent to the east side of Detroit.

My employer has a branch in Sioux Falls. Do you think I could work out a deal to go to South Dakota? LOL
You'll recognize me, I'll have the fish armband on in the ghetto.
From what I have seen on FR on another thread, bona fide copies of BO's Kenyan birth certificate do exist and have been passed on to at least three Americans who currently have them in their possession. Furthermore, there is no birth certificate for BO on file in Hawaii.
If this is true - and there is no good reason to suppose it isn't - the answer to your question is obvious: He was born in Kenya, and therefore is constitutionally ineligible to be President, just as Philip Berg claims in his suit!
