Maybe. But for sure, they can't go over a certain voter turn out percentage. That's why they overwhelm the system with the false registrations, so they can cover that 100 or 200 that is all you need to decide a close race. 500 votes decided the election in 2000. ACORN wasn't fully ramped up them. Certain people in the DNC power circle that run with Obama decided that wasn't gonna happen again, so they are rigging the system. Texas in the DNC Primaries is a perfect example. Obama LOST Texas, but because of widespread fraud in the caucus system, stole delegates that should have gone to Hillary. I an utterly certain that Texas was NOT the only place that happened in.

Yep. All you need is 10 or so ballots per “controlled” voting place and your guy wins easily. I'm surprised ACORN is pushing as hard as it is. They probably have all the dead voters they need. Chicago. The home of “VOTE EARLT, VOTE OFTEN!”
