Okay, let's say for the sake of argument that someone who brought a lawsuit alleging that Bush was behind 9/11 is not a total fruitcake. He still has no standing to bring this lawsuit. (Nor did the guy whose suit seeking to have McCain declared ineligible was
tossed out.) Additionally, he hasn't alleged a claim upon which relief may be granted because the basis of his complaint -- Article II of the Constitution -- does not provide for a cause of action to challenge presidential qualifications.

by the way this the dems talking point.
Stop the Bulls&%t.
Obama has no standing to run for president to hold office until he proofs up.
The American People just want to see his birth certificate, and we will go away.
Obama must satisify the requirement for office.
Do you believe in the rule of law?

My FRiend, I am a lawyer. I live and breathe the rule of law. And lack of standing is not a "talking point." It is a legal defense I have raised on innumerable occasions. To turn your original querty to me back on you, I would suggest you yourself do some homework on standing to sue. That you would say "Obama has no standing to run for president" betrays a complete lack of familiarity with the concept of standing. You might want to start with the two main U.S. Supreme Court decisions on the issue,
Warth v. Seldin, 422 U.S. 490 (1975), and
Allen v. Wright, 468 U.S. 737 (1984).

What kind of financial aid would a foreign college student get that a U.S. student wouldn’t?

You are wrong. The Constitution nor any law or case or precedent states anything about a mothers residence requirement other than she must have lived at some point in the US. There is no time period requirement stated anywhere for a persons mother. If you are going to quote some law or legal president quote your source. Here is one for you. The 14th amendment to the US Constitution.

He had no money of his own. I believe the scholarship was direct from Yale and this was in the early 1980’s.
I had never met or heard of this 2nd or 3rd cousin prior to his coming here.
He proved to be a condenscending arrogant jerk and was very ungrateful of our hospitality as our family housed him over Christmas break. He seemed to despise Americans in general and was laughing at how he was here on a free scholarship. I was under the impression that universities bring in kids from a variety of countries in effort to advertise and prove their global diversity status.
I really disliked this guy and wondered what American kid was displaced to accomomodate this jerk. He did make it clear, he would never consider living
here and I’ve never heard nor cared to ask about him since.

Sorry, the cases you listed don't make your point.
The "nutcase" claim needs a lot better evidence than that.
All you have established is that he is a Skeptic, who is highly litigious.
And with government as evasive as we have seen with the Bailout...we need a whole lot more on our side who are like him...
We need some spine.
As for his invidious knowledge claims on W and Cheney, let them defend themselves. I'm tired of carrying water for them.

All you have established is that he is a Skeptic, who is highly litigious. One person's skeptic is another person's nutcase. Especially when that nutcase really believes the federal government is responsible for the 9/11 attacks.
