Hey, I don't believe these African tapes exist anymore than most of you do; but I keep going back to the African Press site to see what's the latest excuse to air the tapes. The latest headline is:

I think of it this way: “less than 24 hours” means the tape will air Thursday night. That gives API a little breathing-room to come up with an excuse for why it didn’t air.
