Nothing wrong with the video itself.

To say that Sarah Palin has a very bright political future would be an extreme understatement.

There are a lot of Republicans like myself who do not want Sarah Palin as President.

Give me a good, old-fashioned Goldwater Republican, please, and keep the religious right out of politics.

don’t know, but I have the free version of Real Player and it allows you to download entire videos first, then run them off the hard drive, so there’s never any issue of the internet connection or speed while watching..... I highly recommend RP for this purpose.....

The number of video hits tells the story.
On You Tube:

Palin video results = 138,000.
Biden video results = 59,100

Even more dramatic differences on Google.

Sure, they're not all positive — but, it shows who people are interested in.

Copy the link and run Mozilla Firefox. Paste the link in the Address and go to the You Tube video. It will run fine. Internet Explorer must slow the transfer rate.

How so very intolerant of you!

Guess what, without the religious right, you would not have enough senators or congressmen to fill a phone booth, much less, have any chance of winning a Presidency.

Oh, and by the way, it was members of the "religious right" that founded this country, but don't let that little fact get in the way.

Many love to make fun of John McCain's claim of Maverick status, but the FACT is - John McCain reached into middle America, grasped the hand of a little known Governor and pulled her onto the national stage.

Win or lose, the very act of selecting Governor Palin has changed the face of American politics. For that fact alone, John McCain can lay claim to his title.

The defections of liberal Republicans and the wails of Democrats are very real cries of pain.

They know.

They know that politics as usual for them is dead. There is an unknown element injected into the political scene and this unknown has drawn wild, enthusiastic support from the grass roots level around the country.

The opposition is afraid... they should be. There is a renaissance occurring in America, a rebirth of the pioneer, the frontier, the legendary wild American spirit.

...and that's a good thing.

Are you lost? Did you turn right when you wanted to turn left? Did you misplace your compass? Did you ever own one?

This isn't Atheists Int'l in case you hadn't noticed and I reckon you can find your own way to the door.

Sorry, this is my party, too, and I have a right to express my opinion here. I have nothing against your practicing your religion. You have every right to support Palin and hope that she will become President someday. However, MY chosen candidate will be a very different Republican, and the fellow Republicans I most respect and admire will not spew the type of vitriol you have just shown toward me on this thread.

There are many more of us Goldwater types than you seem to think. Yes, we need you, but you need us, too, in case you hadn’t noticed. The lesson of this election is that McCain would be winning today if he hadn’t picked Palin and alienated so many of the moderate voters he needs. It is precisely because you are losing people like me that we are probably going to lose this election. Of course I am still voting Republican this year, but I am furious at McCain for cynically choosing Palin as red meat for fundamentalists, when she is not prepared in any way, shape, or form for this job.

I’m not an atheist, but I certainly would not talk about fellow human beings in the nasty, derisive tones you use. I’m Presbyterian, and the people in the church I have chosen do not spew derision on people of other faiths or people who have not found God. Good people of all denominations, and all religions, should feel welcome in our party and our country. I’ll wager you consider yourself a friend of Israel, but did you notice that Jews are trending more than usual toward the Democratic ticket this year? Did you ever think to ask yourself why?

Are you really an admin moderator, or is that just a clever nick? Because I would hate to think that strong, fiscally conservative, non-religious right Republicans were not welcome here to express their views. Yes, we need you, and I respect your right to back the candidate you want. But please respect MY right to say that I would have picked someone else. Like it or not, my type of Republican is still a big part of the heart and soul of this party.

Here’s something you may have overlooked:

Statement by the founder of Free Republic

Jews are in fact trending more toward the GOP this year than usual. IN 2000, they supported Gore almost 90%.

Actually they are supporting Obama by about only 70% and may in fact be less than that by election day.

Read my post 14... and weep, gnash your teeth, whatever...
You are a hypocrite religiously. Your religion is a part of you or you are a phony.
Give me a break. Religious right.. pffft...
You have quite an elitist view of yourself and very little respect for the views of others.
You would have hated the founders of this country.
(Jefferson excluded).
