Road to Victory Rally in Dubuque, IA

Please join Governor Sarah Palin for a Road to Victory Rally in Dubuque, IA on Monday November 3rd.

--------------------

"With only days left before voters head to the polls to choose the next president, both major-party candidates are still spending time and money in Iowa.

-snip- Obama will campaign in Des Moines today.

This has led more than one observer to wonder if the candidates know something that public polling has not told the rest of us. Obama has had an advantage in every poll of Iowa voters, most by large margins. Both campaigns must think Iowa is still neck and neck, or else why spend so much time here?"

(The latter, BTW, are having a reverse effect with a few people I talk to; they are basically sick of seeing Barack Obama every time they turn on the tube. In fact, they have simply stopped having the tube on as much because of the 12th Imam, which is a win-win any way it is calculated.)

Exactly. The poster boy for the never-ending presidential campaign is Obama. People are sick of it. And I think they are sick of DC and taxes. I think leftists are going to hurt themselves when they lose this campaign. All of these advantages, and the country still gave them the finger.

All this talk about Obama buying air time in Arizona is meaningless because he has money to burn. What’s important is where Obama is during these final days and there’s no way he’d be coming to Iowa if he felt that state was safely in his column.

Was there a concert? McGovern had big crowds too, without concerts.

Driving around Western Iowa there are far more McCain yard signs then Obama.

I was in PA. on a run and saw McCain-Palin signs from I-80 to Huntington, PA. and then more up to Johnsonburg,PA. on US 219. Took I-80 back to ILL. And more McCain-Palin all the way across 80 to the 93 exit in Illinois

Anybody watching Bambi speak in Des Moines? When talking about winning the caucus, he said something about we discovered “a whole new way to do democracy.”

Sounds like a tip of the hat to Father Alinsky.
