I think I’m begining to understand....
Your saying that the filing that I’m refering to is not the emergency motion to prevent the election but it is the motion to apeal the lower courts ruling to demand Obama release his original birth certificate to prove he is qualified to be POTUS.

Your gut feeling is correct! The Supreme Court WILL likely grant CERT. The November election is NOT controlling if Obama does not fully meet the Presidential citizenship requirement as contained in our United States Constitution. “The Rule of Law” will prevail.
