That was great. McCaiin’s really good comedic timing for someone who’s so dry when he’s giving a speech.

They are promoting QVC shopping network, it is rather silly with Tina Fey going rougue and promoting a 2012 t shirt.

I thought he was GREAT! Very funny...McCain Fine Gold. LOL My team McCain/Palin make me proud that they have a sense of humor and can deliver it just right.
His appearance probably didn’t get him any votes, though it might have, but it definitely didn’t lose him any either.

It was setup as a QVC spot (the only channel the campaign can afford) with McCain & Palin, and guest Cindy McCain, selling commemorative blank plates of the Town Hall debates, jewelry, etc. with Sarah speaking asides to the camera that she’ll either be in the WH or the next Oprah.

Most of it was good, but I have trouble understanding why he’d appear with someone who’s spent the past 6 weeks mocking his running mate, insulting her and her family, and generally abhorring every thing she stands for. I mean, you’d like to think McCain would be sticking up for her more than essentially endorsing Tina Fey’s impression

Did I just hear Ben say he was supporting McCain? Yes, since every Presidential candidate he has supported (since Mondale) has lost -- he announced his endorsement for McCain.
A lame joke, but it was moderately funny.

Even when Tina Fey held up the Palin in 2012 t-shirt the New York audience cheered. It didn’t laugh, it didn’t jeer, it didn’t boo - it cheered. That must’ve stung.

SNL, what a LAME A$$ SHOW!!!! This is supposed to be hip and cutting edge? Give me a break. It's weak. And corny. And lame as hell. McCain did GREAT, however! Very personable, even if it was a lame skit. It was the best skit so far, but still pretty lame. Okay, I guess it was lame, right?
Come on get Cookie on!
And no more McCain. He did good, and so did Cindy. Let that image stay with the people.

I lked the snide remark about liberals and first ammendment rights - pretty courageous of Fey! That wasn't courageous -- she was making fun of something Sarah said a couple of days ago.
And even I cringed when I read about it. Sarah forgot what the First Amendment actually limits -- the government, not the drive-by media.
