My wife and I - who will be hit hard by Obamanomics - decided we will rein in all unnecessary spending outside the home that goes to support the economy. We will curtail vacation travel, where we normally “spread the wealth” bigtime (eating out, drinking, rentals, etc). We will reduce spending on meals (lunch) outside the home, I already cut out Starbucks. Given that the vast majority of people who work in these industries are Obama supporters, they will feel the pain of a contracting economy cause by their hero. We, on the other hand, will survive and prosper, despite Obama tax hikes, by squirreling away our cash. And probably lose weight, too...
