Yesterday Rush Limbaugh was discussing some newscaster that was dicussing the early voting exit polls and it seem to Rush that even in that data there were “undecideds”. AFTER they voted???

From Michigan’s AP:
“Early exit polling under ‘strict quarantine’ until 5 p.m.
by Allan Hoffman | Newhouse News Service
Tuesday November 04, 2008, 2:04 PM
According to Newhouse News Service reports, the organization behind the exit polling, Edison Media Research/Mitofsky International (exit-poll.net), doesn’t want a repeat of 2004’s leaked poll results. ABC, CBS, CNN, FOX, NBC and the Associated Press have hired the organization to conduct exit polling and assist in projecting winners.
The networks have promised a “strict quarantine” on news from exit polling until 5 p.m. Tuesday, as ABC News notes in a message from its Washington bureau chief about exit polling. But if exit polls show a race with a comfortable margin, the networks may project a winner when the polls close.”

I predict the MSM will deem the exit polls “too good to check out.”

They way the press has acted this year, there is no way in heck I believe they would really be sitting on this till 5 IF the polls were good news for Obama.
Nothing leaking early, IMHO, indicates it is good news for McCain (which they will try to put off as long as possible.)

Bullsh*t!! They shouldn't call any state as soon as the poll closes using only exit polling data, because it usually WRONG!! The votes should be what determines it.

Wait for the actual votes, have a cool (whatever), don't agonize about what you can't do a durn thing about. Get answers, not ulcers.

It may be instructive that we DONT have any exit polling data yet. Were Obama doing well in exit polling, would it not have already been leaked?Well, they might be gun shy after the 2004 fiasco.

IIRC, it was in 2004 that Tom "we don't know much about Obama" Brokaw called Georgia for Kerry, retracted, called for Bush, retracted, called for Kerry, retracted, and finally called for Bush.

Just picked up my 5th grader from school. She said they had a mock election today. Happy to report that they voted 79% McCain, 21% Obama. Can't fool the kids, at least in our community. Then my wife and I took her by our local voting place to watch us vote for McCain for real.

Per Megyn Kelly -— Fox to have initial results in three minutes -— very interesting numbers, she says.
