Forgive me for rehashing this if anybody is tired of reading it, but I finally did all of the research for myself, and have some info you may not have seen.
Barack Obama has never shown his birth certificate. Allow me to explain. A "certification" of live birth is a copy document, accessible by the public, or government agencies, and usually a relatively legally acceptable document in most scenarios. You can use it at the DMV, or to get a passport.
A "Certificate" of live birth is the actual document itself, created on the day/moment of the event, and it is a hospital-maintained record in most cases, accessible only by immediate family and the person for whom it was issued.
Here is what Barack Obama's website put out initially:

This image is a fraud, plain and simple. There is no state seal, no Registrar's signature, and only a vague June 2007 stamp on the reverse side. Both the signature and seal are easily visible in any photocopy, and are deliberately so. The artifacts surrounding the text are clear photoshop work. Giving Obama the benefit of the doubt, probably some overzealous aide generated it from a viewing of the regular document.
This is an image from Factcheck.org of what the website put out, excpet here we have an actual photograph, in high resolution, proving the website document a forgery. Notice, this document has the necessary seals and signatures:

This is, at least, a real document from the State Records office. It is still not an actual copy of the Certificate of Live Birth. The State seal and signature on this document certify to all viewers that this document was created by an actual State Agency, is not a forgery, and that the State of Hawaii accept it as a legal and valid document.
Remember, this is simply a legal substitute for the real birth certificate.
Both of these were offered up as "Birth Cretificates" when they are in fact legally-acceptable substitutes for the real thing. In most cases, this is not a big deal. However, in the case of a US President, I believe they are a VERY big deal.
An actual Certificate of Live Birth in Hawaii, through the 1960s, looks like this:

And the critical bit of information it discloses is the location of Birth.
They are very specific about that, and there are boxes for the location, be it hospital, home, foreign country or otherwise.
This is the document that has been sealed by the Governor of Hawaii in 2008, in a special action that affected only Obama's Birth Certificate.
How very convenient.
Why has special action bee taken to prevent this document from being seen?
Because, I suspect, there is information on it which would directly contradict public statements about his birth and begin unraveling a number of lies told to the public about his true origin, and raise serious questions about his eligibility.
His sister, and Grandmother in Kenya have both spoken publicly, and made statements about his locale of birth that contradict his own statements.
Why hide it, Mr. Obama?
What reason on earth would you have for asking the Governor of Hawaii to hide this document on your behalf?
Except in Hawaii which had different designations because of the racial makeup on the Islands. I also questioned the “African” on the C.O.L.B. but the information I just posted was what I found last night while searching “homes for unwed mothers in 1960’s Hawaii”. I still question the C.O.L.B. with the date of June 7, 2007 which meant that Jr from the Senate floor made a phone call to HI Dept of Health to request a copy of his C.O.L.B. as he was giving a speech on Immigration reform.(google “where was Obama June 7, 2007”) I also question the address printed on the “birth announcement” for Jr which was published in both “The Honolulu Advertiser” and “The Star-Bulletin”, because the address is not associated with the Davis family, Obama Sr., a friend of Sr or the Dunham family.
These would serve as good benchmarks.
Hawaii does not release birth records to anybody, you must be the person in question, or have an affidavit or something. I don’t remember exactly, and can’t look it up right. But his birth records would not be available to the press according to Hawaii law.
Interesting thought. His Grandmother just died and no mention of any funeral attendance or memorial service.
To me the killer was when Kenya announced that they had sealed his records. If they have anything to seal, then O'bummer cannot be a US citizen.

This could get very ugly. I don’t understand why we are at this point. If Obama were leagally qualified to run and serve as President, all he would need to do is release his Certification of Birth. This should be a no-brainer. Why is he stone-walling UNLESS he was relying on the fact that his mother was a US citizen and he wasn’t aware of the 5 year residency requirement after his birth. I am beginning to believe that he IS NOT a qualified candidate for the office. Why pay for attorneys when all you have to do is produce the certificate. It was also a good move on the part of Hawaii’s governor to seal the certificate so there can be no switching or tampering with it. This helps preserve some chain of custody.
The other issue that I find fascinating is the standing of Joe Biden. Technically, he can’t show a vote total that was cast DIRECTLY for him. All he can show is the total of all votes cast for the “ticket” but an argument can be made that a vote FOR Obama may not be necessarily a vote FOR Biden.
I’m not sure how McCain’s electors could be seated unless you are presenting the argument that they (McCain/Palin) are the only qualified candidates on the ballot. Further, the same problem with Biden’s standing could carry over to Palin.
It could be a VERY LONG TIME before this is resolved, assuming the SCOTUS even hears the case. AND, would there likely be charges filed against Obama for being an unqualified Senator?
I think it is an interesting Constitutional question.
They know the hospital and have three affidavits by people who say they were there when he was born in. They know the name of the hospital, doctor etc. Apparently Sidney Ann was too far into her pregnancy to travel. She had the baby in Africa, registered him in HI upon her return. (Remember she was still a minor when this all happened.)
Quite welcome! I’m still searching because I don’t believe Jr is “all things to all people” he strikes me as wishy washy not wanting to have people think he is not standing with them. He can’t be pinned down so things can’t be held against him as long as people don’t hold his feet to the fire! As it is Obama operatives are still following FR and I got a nice little threat earlier today on the long thread about the C.O.L.B. from someone who signed up November 5 2008.

I believe all Gov Lingle is doing is to stress existing Hawaiian law on the matter. However the timing is interesting !

Unfortunately, what we may be seeing in this matter is the very first manifestation of dismissing the law and the protections and covenants of the Constitution in favor of propagandized protection of the State and our new leader and his lies and his image.

Notwithstanding what the Constitution says, does anyone really think that this Court is going to rule that Obama must open his records and produce a valid Certificate of Live Birth? Really?
This Court has already proved in some of its recent rulings (remember eminent domain) that there is much flexibility for liberal interpretation in the Constitution.
This Court will never rule against Obama in this matter, especially now, because he has just won a decisive victory at the polls.
Should they rule that he must show the ‘real deal’ and it is found that his Cert of Live Birth rendered him ineligible to run for President, but he did anyway, its over.
There would be civil war in the streets. I mean real blood shed... Real death and destruction that could and most surely would result in the serious destabilization of the government and the beginning of the end.
So, since they have all nature of technicalities to fall back on in any matter brought before them, the whole issue of Obama’s citizenship is just going to fade away.
The only chance of revealing the truth about this whole Obama BO thing must come from outside of the government.
Someone would have to break the law to find the truth. Someone would have to illegally access the records; or, break into the offices where the Obama birth records are maintained, filming the whole thing of course and steal the file (like in the movies) thereby exposing himself to prosecution and prison to deliver the goods and the truth,if it differs from what we've been told or whatever it is.
Then, if successful in getting this document, assuming that it is the real goods and Obama is proved to be a big fat liar, that person would have to find a CREDIBLE media source willing to air and reveal this document and expose the truth... and all of this must be done before the break in is discovered and the intruder is hauled off to jail and never heard from again.
Good luck with all of that. That stuff only happens in the movies.

There was an earlier thread, IIRC if O gets tossed before Dec 15 (EC vote) then the DNC gets to choose a replacement; if after Dec15 it’s up to congress to do it.
