Nancy’s consulations with Psychics helped legitimize new age beliefs. I loved the Reagans but this was a bad thing that Nancy did.

Most likely he meant to say ‘former presidents’ (but couldn’t come up with it) instead of ‘living presidents’ so to cover his gaffe, he went to mocking Nancy Reagan. Typical. Of course the press giggled.
